probably yes, education will upgrade your skills and performances. And if you have the education you have the knowledge. You can easily find a job that you are entitle to work as long as you have completed your degree.

No, I wish it did, but it really does not. Taking advantage of opportunities does.

Education should help you be able to see opportunities more easily then if you do not have education. So education is important, but no guarantee.

I think education stimulates the inner capability for you to generate knowledge. In the process you learn different skills which can help you in getting a good job. So yes education can get you a good job but not guaranteed good job. And by the way there is no bad job unless you talking of mugging people or doing drugs. All jobs are good. depends on your skills capabilities coupled with your passion. So probably you should ask your self the specific job that you consider good and what education needs it requires. My opinion.

I appreciate your opinion on this. Yes, you are right, education is important to gain knowledge and skills, but what's more important is to have a job (that is legal) you are really good and passionate about.
Thanks for sharing your answer Moses.

No, an education does not guarantee a good job.  What matters is what you do with your education.  Also, many other factors matter, like personality, type of education, major in college, economic background, etc.

For example, I knew someone once that had many degrees and decades of education.  Unfortunately, he had a rather unpleasant personality, so he was barely able to keep a job.  The jobs he did have were not that high paying, despite having a number of degrees.  Education does not amount to much if you don't learn proper social skills and get some decent work experience.

I truly agree with you! Having a good job requires not only education, but also a good personality.

Education acts as a stepping stone to a promising career. Although, I know many such people who have made a big name in the history even when they are uneducated or have low education. Did you know Steve Jobs, the inventor of revolutionary products, like iPod, iPhone, and iPad, did this after attending the college only for six months? Even Abraham Lincoln was not highly educated.

So, if you are good in seeing opportunities and know what you want to go, you are far ahead of that people who is highly educated but don't have any aim in life...

I agree with you, a person should have goals in life for him to succeed. It's difficult to achieve success without determination.
      Thank you dhimanreena!
