   It is up to every parent to set their own limits on the behavior of their kids but I have two stories from the Bible that illustrate the idea that partying is okay.
   
   First is, of course, Jesus turned water into wine at a celebration. So Jesus is not really anti-party.
   
   Secondly is the book of Ecclesiastes:
   
   "A person can do nothing better than to eat and drink and find satisfaction in their own toil. This too, I see, is from the hand of God," Chapter 2 verse 24
   
   "Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart, for God has already approved what you do." Chapter 9 verse 7
   
   So even within a Christian scriptural worldview there is nothing wrong with a bit of partying now and then.

   Of course not. Adolescence is about having fun and forming bonds with your peers. Obviously you want to set some ground rules and let your kid know some of the potential risks involved, so if they've got a brain in their skull, they'll know to be careful and not do anything stupid. But other than that, if your kid wants to be social and participate in social gatherings, there's no real reason to say "no" to that.
   
   Unless it's, like, taking place at a brewery or a strip club or something. THEN some eyebrows can justifiably be raised.

   It depends on the age, if the party is supervised and if you know the person whose party it is.

   It all depends on what kind of party it is. Are there drugs, and drinking? If so, they shouldn't be allowed to go. If no drugs, or drinking, then they should be allowed.
   People should be allowed to find God, when he draws them, regardless of who their parents are

   Proverbs 22:6 says "Train up a child in the way he should go and, when he is old, he will not depart from it."  I'm sure you've done this!  Now is the time for you to pray and put your "faith" into action.
   
   Depriving a child of experiencing life during "adolescent years"  (which includes making mistakes) will increase the child's "curious" and they will usually find a way to experience situations with or without your knowledge. 
   However, since you've taught the child the Word of God, and allow them to experience, they will "remember" the things which are true while experiencing.
