How do I get mothers into doing a business and not be idling?
So many mothers around us including professionally qualified are stuck indoors with an abundance of time and idling. A good nuber can be of communal interest with a returning income. How do we get them drawn into businesses?

I don't know what *your* experience with being a stay at home mom has been, but *I* certainly wouldn't say I have an abundance of time or do much idling. I'm also certainly not stuck indoors or stuck doing anything, as this is what I chose for myself and my family. Plus, like, you can take kids outside.
I also don't think you need to draw mothers into anything - we're not lazy lumps who are home because we have no motivation. If they find themselves at home with extra time and want tondo something with it, they are more than capable of doing so on their own terms. And if they find themselves with extra time and just want to sit and read a book, that's fine, too!
So, uh, short answer: Don't start by talking about their "abundance of time" and "idling"...
If mothers are at home, raising their children, they are hardly blessed with an abundance of time, and are rarely idle. Clearly, you've never tried staying home with multiple children, keeping them fed, their clothes clean, and entertained. It's a job that would make most men weep by the end of their first day!
If a woman is a trained professional, she should be allowed to decide for herself when it's time to reenter the work force. She doesn't need to be "drawn into business". She's already knee-deep in the business of raising the next generation, and can decide for herself, and for her family, when that job is finally done, and whether she should return to work.
Though it is difficult to understand exactly what you mean, your initial question seems to indicate that you have too much extra time on your hands and probably need to go to work.
Depends on the time frame for the business. Stay at home momes especially with newborms have a limited amount of free time. My wife did sell Avon until she was ready to go back to work full-time. Did not require too much time. Now selling Amway, for example, would require a lot of time
Women were only able to enter the work force in large numbers as family size decreased and labor saving appliances became available.
For women who don't have all of the labor saving appliances or multiple children, working outside the home isn't an option.

How is it that a hub on the 'common mistakes new hubbers make' can suddenly become not featured, in spite of the fact it has had 9 views in a day, 24 views in 7 days and 35 views in the last 30 days? I only replied to comments on it both 42 hours ago and 22 hours ago (from two different hubbers)....

I keep on getting hubs idled despite tweaking them, changing titles and adding better keywords. I have got used to moving them to other sites such as Wizzley, Xobba and InfoBarrel but it seems to be an ongoing problem. If I keep on moving my idled hubs eventually I will hardly have any left!

That would be a start, but as with every kind of business, do some good research first.Certainly with online company's, causse there are more than enough scams on that mather.Maybe if you need more ideas, you can check out home based business hubs, right here on hubpages, there you will get plenty...
