If read bible between the line, it seem, Christ is really a tyrant and Lucifier is liberator/martyr
Bible is subjectively written from a Christian view, thus it naturally say Christ=good, Lucifer who rebel=evil. Thus, just because bible say something is good or evil, doesn't necessary mean its good or evil. Re read bible with that in mind, we realized, Christ is more like an evil tyrant and Lucifer, rebel against Christ, in an attempt to save the people by liberating them and Lucifer will go serve other gods that is as powerful as Christ, to overthrow Christ. Ur thought?
My first thought: If someone begins with the premise that Lucifer is not really evil or a "good guy" then the next reasonable and logical step is find proof of that claim. So, you're absolutely right: the Bible is written from the Christian standpoint and points directly toward Christ. Your next step, then, is to find an "unbiased," "non-subjective" book, religious document, or collection of historical eyewitness testimonies that proclaim something like, "Satan really is a nice guy" or "the Devil saved my life." Good luck.
My second thought: A tyrant by definition is a person who uses power in an oppressive way. So when we take take the theory of tyrant-Jesus and apply it His own words, the tyrant theory crumbles:
Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing (Luke 23:34, while He was being tortured).
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:37-39. Is love tyrannical?)
For [i] came to seek and to save the lost. (Luke 19:10. Does a tyrant intend to save people or to harm them?)
And here's my favorite from the Sermon on the Mount:
"Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth ... Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God ... Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:5-10. Is mercy, peace and righteousness compatible with tyrannical evil?).
The Bible is not "A" Book written from beginning to end by an author(s). It is a collection of individual stories, or testaments that were assembled with the intention of creating a uniform christian doctrine. Of course it is going to be pro-Jesus.
We agree that the Bible is pro-Jesus. To claim otherwise requires proof not speculation. You are certainly free to your own opinion on the historical intents of the myriad of Bible authors. My only concern here is to address the question as asked.
Thanks, but I felt I need pointing out a few very tyrant like bible passages here, Chronicles 15:12-13, Deuteronomy 13:6-10, Deuteronomy 22:20-22
U asked abt Christ. Those verses are pre-Christ. Scripture must interpret Scripture. 1 chosen verse doesn't override the rest. Look what happens when I cherry pick ur question, "Lucifer ... in an attempt to save the people" doesn't make u a Satanist.
Sorry, when I said Christ, I meant the god of the Christian faith
Lucifer is saying follow your passions, become enslaved to them, instead of raising yourself above your impulses so you can choose long term goals.
It is like becoming a slave to a drug addiction while being proud to be free of laws against drug use. Or being free of rules on sexual fidelity, while destroying the trust of your spouse, becoming infected with sexually transmitted diseases and becoming unable to trust others with your heart as you repeatedly fall in love with a sexual partner who is only in it for the moment of lust before moving on to the next novelty.
Yes ... Satan is and always will be a worthless parasite & accusatory loser who thrives on criticism not on content. He offers nothing of value so he spends all his time trying to pollute God's creation ... He entices people to think they are god

Why do so many who profess to be Christian believe the lie that lucifer is satan?.Isaiah 14:12 is the only mention of lucifer in the bible. In Isaiah 14:4 the prelude to vs 12 clearly states that lucifer is the king of babylon. So why do the masses believe the lie taught by...

Since I´m not very familiar with the folklore, and there seem to be quite a few ¨experts¨ here, I thought I´d ask.According to the storyline, Lucifer was the ¨highest of the high¨ or something to that effect. So, I guess that at some point, Lucifer must have had a higher ranking than Jesus. Yet,...
