What political party is best for improving America in terms of creating jobs, improving education,
elevating human rights, & creating a vibrant economy for all its citizens? Democrat or Republican?
Rights don’t come from the government. The government limits rights. It’s why we have the bill of rights or according to one historian the bill of government limitation. A list of rights the government can’t take away and they try every day.
The market is limited by government in both taxes and regulation. Tax incentives prop up businesses that should be left to fail while others that are not politically convenient are taxed to death.
The government does not create jobs.
The federal government is more concerned over controlling content then if the education is useful.
The Dems use regulation and taxes to limit business making it more advantageous to move production out of the country.
The Reps use tax incentives and free trade to make it more advantageous to move production out of the country.
Look at the different parties and choose the one that best fits your beliefs but don’t look to the government to improve your life. Look to yourself, your family and your friends.
The government doesn't create jobs? Look at history and FDR and the New Deal. Also, Eisenhower created our interstate highway system. Yes, the government does, in fact, create jobs.
Much of FDR’s new deal was ruled unconstitutional as in an overreach by the government. When I say jobs I mean long term employment.

Hillary is her own person, she is not going to follow a party line... just look at her record, she has been back and forth on nearly every issue depending on which way the political winds are blowing.
When it comes to the Senate and House, that's a lost cause, there is no difference between the parties... they push through law after law that makes our lives worse but better for major corporations or foreign nations, at our expense... regardless of whether its Democrats or Republicans that have control, they haven't changed direction of one significant issue in 20 years.
Obamacare is still there, despite the Republicans being put into office on one big wave to put an end to it. NAFTA, TPP, WTO and all sorts of other trade agreements and laws stay on the books despite all the talk of how bad they are for America.... its a circus act, a show they put on and point fingers at one another... Republicans fail to act, and Democrats push through one new tax or freedom taking law after another, and when they don't have the votes to push it through, people like Ryan go ahead and help them pass their budgets and their new laws.
People need to realize... Party is not an issue, Washington is corrupt to the core, controlled by those with the Billions and Trillions to buy votes... we have been sold out by the establishment and those life long politicians like the Clintons that have been there for decades.
That is why we are 20 Trillion in debt, but have nothing to show for it... not new jobs or new roads or new airports... just one huge bill we will be paying interest on forever.

Which Political Party Wants To Make It Harder For Citizens To Vote And Why?

seriously - I'm not, I'm indie leaning Dem but it's so dysfunctional.Tend to agree with this article: Party elders say it’s no time to squabble. They always say that. The specter of an emotionally arrested, proto-fascist fraud in the White House adds force to their argument, but ducking debate is...

We have two major political parties that would seem to stop at nothing to get or keep power. This was highlighted to me when my son and I went to see The Campaign. Who do you feel is the least scrupulous? Please try and be non-partisan here(joke of the day).

I don't know about you, but I'm getting really sick of hearing "the Left HATES FREEDOM."Followed closely by "the Left hates AMERICA."What's the most annoying accusation you've heard about your chosen political affiliation?

After all of the bailouts, TARP, etc., it seems that Obama and Congress are just spending $ that we don't have like drunken sailors. Shouldn't there be more focus on creating jobs, and improving the economy?

In a true democracy there should be a separation of powers between the Juridical, Executive and Legislature. No democracy is perfect, but how imperfect is the American democracy? While browsing the web in relation to a question on the Separation of Powers in the USA (in another forum) I...
