Is this proof that  Hillary controls the National Media & thinks voters are idiots?

Hillary Clinton won the Democratic nomination but about 8 print newspapers shot Bill Clinton under the title "Clinton wins nomination". I think this is proof that voters are considered "idiots who don't know there is a 2 term limits on Presidents" & trying to fool voter to thinking that they are voting for Bil and not Hill

Hillary doesn't control the national media, any more than Donald does. I think this is more likely a combination of the fact that she wasn't in attendance the evening Bill spoke (in the photo showing her, she's on the overhead screen), and the mindset of the misogynistic idiots who put Bill's photo on the front page, when it's so clearly HER time, not his.

Only a moron would think that Bill Clinton is running for president this year.

I am copying and pasting the picture you posted for this question. The Wall Street Journal on the left does show Bill Clinton's picture, but clearly says "Hillary Clinton Wins Nomination."  The Wall Street Journal on the right shows a picture of Hillary Clinton and says "Clinton wins historic nomination."  However, even if a newspaper listed Bill Clinton's picture on the front of the paper and just said "Clinton wins nomination," at this stage of the ball game if any voter is confused as to who is running for President representing the democratic party that voter has more issues to worry about than a newspaper trying to trick them. In addition many papers are using the term "historic" nomination because she is the first woman to win nomination from a major party.  Nothing would be historic for a white male to win a nomination.  So I do not think any paper (except maybe a spoof paper like the Onion) would think anyone would be fooled into thinking Bill is running again.  Also, Hillary does not control the media and if she hypothetically did control the media I would think she would have used it to handle the reporting on Benghazi, Emails, Bill Clinton's affairs, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz's running of the DNC, issue regarding Bernie, used it more to put down Trump rather than have people think they are voting for Bill Clinton.

I think it is a bummer that we can discuss that any significant portion of American voters could be led into confusion on this. But it is common lingua in the US to refer to someone with their last name when running for office.
With all this said I think you might have a valid point that both Clintons and the media think we are idiots. Would I be wrong to think it is aimed at people with English as a second language? I could see them missing the nuance.
