Originally Jewish faith, like any religion, is multi god, All original religion can trace its roots back to Africa and later to Egypt, as early human migrate out of Africa, to other parts of the world, they also take their religion, with them and it different culture the mythology evolved differently. However, archeology can frequently find connection between one religion, to another. This include Christianity.
The God, of Christianity, Jew and Islam, was original an ancient god name Yahwa, In comparison, Yahwa emerged much later. In original mythology, Yahwa was the servant of Elyon, the King of the gods, later, mythology Yahwa is the General of Elyon's army and later, he became the god of storm. one ancient mythology that have influence on Christianity, is between Yahwa and Ishata. In original mythology Yahwa didn't create men and women out of mud, it was Isata that did it, she is the goddess of life. It was said, Yahwa wanted Ishta to married him, when Ishata refuse, Yahwa send a great flood to kill Ishata's creations, Ishata thus told a King name Noah to lead his people to build arcs so not to be flooded by the water, while Ishata went to fight Yahwa and drove him away, then killed the demon he send. But many of Ishata's creation died, sad and angry, Ishata transformed into a giant snake and seduce Yahwa's daughter in law and son Adam and Eve, to eat a golden fruit that turn them mortal and then killed them. This evolved to the Christian story of Noah's arc and Adam and Eve. Eventually Ishata became known as Lilith in early Christanity, both she and Adam are Yahwa's creation, later Lilith was replaced by Lucifer.
How, Yahwa became the god of Jew, puzzle many historians, Yahwa is originally a very evil god. For example, early text, said, it was Yahwa that posess the King of Egypt and make the Egyptians to enslave the Jews, because the Jews refuse to worship him and provide him with human sacrafice. After hearing it, Elyon was furious and order Yahwa to free the slave, but Yahwa played both side, in one side, to please Elyon he send Moses to help free the Jew, on the other hand, Yahwa ordered his arch angel Michael to keep possessing the King of Egypt and refuse giving the Jews freedom.
