    What happened to Romeos Quill?

I was updating one of my hubs and saw that Romeos Quill left me a comment, and because I had not heard from him in a while I went to visit and here is the message and all his hubs are gone.....- To the manager at HubPages -

Please donate ALL earnings made from this site since day one, to the widows and orphans charity of your choice, to be split equally.

    Thank you.

I don't know the person but when I googled him all his work was still posted. His biography was gone and the note you have above was in its place but if you scroll down you'll see the hubs listed.

Hmm, I wondered what had happened to RQ. I know he had a disagreement with another hubber over what he believed to be copied work. Hadn't seen him since.

Thank you John, I did not hear about the disagreement. I was just updating a hub and saw a comment from RQ which got me to wondering.

I'm not familiar with him, although I've seen or heard the name. I found this WordPress site when I Googled him:

RQ is still on HubPages, but as you say, Shyron, his hubs are no longer listed.  I hope he has not left HP. He is one of my favorite poets. There was trouble awhile back when another hubber was copying Romeo's style and content. Some hubbers took the wrong side, against RQ, which was wrong in my opinion. The hubber who was copying him gathers followers by deceitful methods, like a false prophet would do.

I have been trying to get in touch with RQ to invite him to join TCE, but have not heard from him. He is so kind-hearted and sincere, a good person, good poet. I hope all is well with him.

I have read RQ's hubs since that dispute but haven't visited recently or had any notifications of his work.  You've made me curious so I'm going to have a look too.  As far as I remember, that message was on his hubs a long time ago.  Maybe he'll show up here and your question will be answered 'from the horse's mouth'!
Have just checked and the hubs are there but no recent ones.

    Hi there Shyron!

Do you know it's conscientious and kind people like yourself that make the HP writing community the best part of the whole experience of scribing here?
I left you an answer in reply to your comment on one of my Hub rhymes and have only just been prompted that your question here even existed thanks to the splendid annart ( Ann ).
As far as I can see, the Hubs are still up there; have just been away for a long while attending to matters of a more mundane nature, thus not offering any new work in recent months on this particular site.
Glad to see that you and Jo Goldsmith's ' Good Words ' project is a winner and that the outreach has touched so many - really good stuff going on there.
Thank you so much for all of the concern from everyone here; so much quality in such one place. HubPages are fortunate indeed to attract such genuine people and look forward to reading more of your work and any other pieces you may decide to publish in the future.

    Gramercy, and God bless you all;
    R.Q.

RQ, so glad to hear from you, glad you are okay and you will return one of these days.
Blessings always and gramercy to you.
