People Get Angry When They Realize You Are Smarter and Better Looking. Shouldn't They Be Grateful?

It seems that those who enjoy the camaraderie of a majority of Plain Jane's and Homely Jacks (lesser men and women who commonly possess an IQ under 125), would not be jealous of the greatest minority on the face of the Earth! Apparently,  many do not take into consideration the fact that it can get very lonely here at the top. I feel they should be grateful that we exist and rule over them. Otherwise, it would surely be a case of the blind leading the blind.

Ehhh because that's subjective. I don't really find some of the most conventionally attractive people to be the most attractive people.  IQ is also not the only indication of intelligence.  It's all a lot more complicated than you've laid it out to be.  Why would I be "grateful" to someone who's more attractive than me?  That has no direct bearing on my life.  It does not make them better than me.  I might commend them on their beauty (and I actually do this often) but I don't think it needs to extend beyond a compliment.

I'd be grateful towards someone smarter than me if I asked them for their opinion or to teach me about something.  And I'm definitely grateful for the intelligent men and women who have made scientific advances, who create the things that make my life easier, etc. but then again I believe everyone has their worth.  Quantifiable intelligence is not the only thing to admire and as a general attitude... I treat them the same as anyone else.

LOL!!  Oh my Ronnie....Bless your Modest & Humble heart.  Don't be so hard on yourself.  You can't help it if you're an incredibly gorgeous, talented genius.  Ya know~~some of us got it all and the rest simply have nothing..
I shall bow to you now and leave you to celebrate your greatness and bask in your superiority..
    Carry on, your Lordship.

Yes, in a sense, I am "your Ronnie". I am holding open the door; a threshold to a dream. It is not important what you think of me. It is important that you accept your station above the common man and realize your potential.

RW...In a sense, what I can claim 4 certain is that I do sincerely realize my potential, while also accepting my limitations. The reality is that self-aggrandizing claims R normally met w/ tepidly curious reactions.
U R a piece of work, Ron! smile

And what do we have to show for all of the polite social etiquette, modesty, and humble posturing? A system that encourage's passivity among the populace. A system that creates poverty. A system prosecuting war, death, and destruction for 250 years!
