Maven and Maven Candidate Wannabes

   Want Maven to consider you for their program? This would apply to both your website(s) and hubs. I'll start.
   
   Dear Maven, I would be interested in hearing your terms. This would particularly be in regards to my website. The site currently has 96 articles, all of which adhere to AdSense rules. The homepage pretty much indicates what the site is about.

   Presumably, Maven will notice this thread.
   
   Since HubPages and Maven are now one and the same, I don't see HP having a problem with this thread. In fact, HP should throw some extra money into my account as a thank you for thinking of it.
   
   Not mentioning domain name. Even on this thread, it might be considered a forum no-no. Just make it easy for Maven to find.

      That site is a mess! No way. I can't even tell what the site is. A blog? Newsfeed?, Just a content farm basically.

         That may be so, but something good is going on in terms of our niche sites.  I'm seeing the highest earnings in my 6 years on HP right now, so they must be due to Maven's expertise with bringing in advertisers.  Works for me!

            Exactly. As long as this  continues to remain a separate entity from Maven, we're good. CPMs and everything else WAY up from previous years. I just don't get that Maven site at all, and can guarantee in all of my Google searches EVER, I don't think I've ever been directed to Maven

   So, no one else interested in poking Maven with a stick about  their website program? My understanding is it's by invitation only, so emailing them is out. This is the only chance to attract their attention.
   
   Really interested in what exactly is involved. If the main program didn't seem workable, maybe there's ancillary stuff that could still be doable.
   
   Communication equals discovery of opportunities.

      Well, what I would like to know is how it benefits the writer to be part of Maven. So far I see absolutely nothing.

         I am likewise curious. I would love to hear from them and find out what it is they offer website owners. I would imagine they've played a part in our current, ongoing good hub traffic and CPMs. I trust HP's judgement and am remaining optimistic until there is evidence to the contrary. Time will tell.

               If Maven can get my website the same traffic and earnings the HP Ad Program has, I'd very seriously consider giving them a go; especially if it's an at will relationship.

      That is my initial feeling as well. But who knows? Maybe they'd make an offer I can't refuse.
      
      And I wasn't kidding about maybe they have ancillary opportunities that don't involve a full commitment.

      The objective of this thread is merely to be noticed. If noticed, they might actually check out the website in question. In which case, one of two things will happen.
      A. One look at my site and they run away in the opposite direction as fast as they can.
      B. They drop me an email (which would never be mentioned here or anywhere else).
      
      Certainly better odds than the lottery.
