    Your title is needlessly wordy, and awkward.

    Is it really necessary to state that "Feeding a hungry child is logical?" Does anyone not know this?

    I doubt anyone will read that, slap their forehead, and say, "Wait...you're supposed to FEED children? I had no idea! This changes EVERYTHING!"

    Yes, I agree the title is strange and the subtitle about 'feeding a hungry child is logical' is totally wrong. That paragraph is about breastfeeding in public, so the title should indicate that.  Not only that, but breastfeeding in public has been a big thing over the last few years, and so more people would be looking for information in respect of that - better search terms. I didn't read any further due to lack of time but that's my take on the first part..
