      Another problem is that you are spamming "Vitamin E." Doing so will not give you any SEO benefits. More likely, it will get your page blacklisted.

   One problem is that you’ve included lots of nutrition facts in your article. You need to include authoritative references to support these facts. The title of the article should be written in title case and should be grammatically correct. The images should have a suitable license.
   
   The article contains multiple English errors. I’m sorry to say that parts of the article don’t make any sense. For example, you mention the quantity of vitamin E in cooked couch (perhaps you meant conch) and the minerals in cooked beds. You talk about a woodpecker in a section about almonds and you say that vitamin E causes Alzheimer's disease. In addition, despite its name, vitamin O is not a vitamin. You need to check what you've written and edit the article very carefully.
