Yup, more of the "change you can believe in", Remember how Obama said there would be no more earmarks. Yeah, right! Earmarks is how congress works! Congress is expected to bring home the bacon, their constituents count on it and that's what gets them re-elected.
All the earmarks still don't amount to anything more than a drop in the bucket compared to total government spending.
Still no one likes paying for bridges to nowhere or studies examining the sexual behaviour of the fruit fly.
Isn't that just business as usual in Washington for the past 50 or more years?

How do we stop corruption in government?Does money (i.e. corporate payoffs) really rule congress etc... and is there anything we can do to raise the ethical standards of our leaders? Why can't we have senate term limits? Why isn't there more press about trading favors.
