100 ideas for hobbies.(part seven) Hobby like hooping.
100 ideas for hobbies 61-70.
Welcome to part seven of 100 ideas for hobbies, if you have not already read parts one to six you can find them on my profile. There is still forty more ideas to come so lets buckle up and begin.
If any of your hobbies have yet to have made the list, then this maybe the page they get a mention. I hope you like the next ten suggestions.
61. Meditation.
This loosely follows the previous entry of yoga, if you can find time to experience meditation before or after yoga it will greatly improve the benefits of doing yoga. Just three minutes of meditation a day can greatly reduce stress, so it need not take up much of your time.
Have you tried meditation.
62. Spinning.
Spinning is high intensity exercise and you can loose a lot of weight if you pursue this activity regularly. You can buy a machine for your home but it maybe expensive, while you are a beginning it is probably a good idea to just visit your local gym.
Have you tried spinning.
63. Hula Hooping.
Once hula hoops were just a past time for the playground it's now being taken seriously as a fitness and weight loss activity. If there isn't already a hula hoop class near you there probably will be soon and if you don't want to hula hoop in front of other people it's something you can easily do at home.
Have you tried hula hooping.
64. Jewelery making.
This is one of my newest hobbies and has already made me some money. You can find some of my stuff on KLMEdwards jewelry on face-book, (just thought it might be worth plugging while I'm writing this.) Jewellery making as a hobby does not cost a lot to begin and can be very rewarding, weather it's you wearing your work or seeing someone else wearing it. You can also give it as gifts.
Have you tried making jewellery.
65. Sewing.
Sewing isn't for everyone, it takes a lot of patience and pretty good eye sight. It's a handy skill to have though even if you don't want to do it all the time. Sewing kits are cheap and you can get really creative with a little imagination.
Have you tried sewing.
66. Bowling.
Get yourself down your local bowling ally and rent yourself a pair of shoes, you never know if bowling might be your thing. It's a popular activity amongst the young and the old. Anyone for a srike? Or a turkey?
Have you tried bowling.
67. Cricket.
Cricket can be a long game so it's good for stamina, it also helps hand eye co-ordination and build strength. You will need a bat and ball, some wickets and friends.
Have you tried cricket.
68. Origami.
The ancient art of paper folding goes back for centuries and it is still popular today. Origami costs nothing to begin and if you practice enough you can impress your friends with all the things you have learnt to create.
Have you tried origami.
69. word searches.
Word searches are one of the most popular puzzles around, fun, relaxing and doesn't require to much brain power.
Have you tried doing a word search.
70. Dream interpreting.
For some people dreams are thought to be very important, they are believed to be messages sent to us, warnings and insights into our nature. If you find dreams fascinating maybe you could start a dream diary and try to figure out what they mean.
Have you tried dream interpritation.
