A Possible Series of Riddles #8

Rules
Please respect them:
1. One guess per person at a time, when I respond to you that is your cue to answer again or bask in your winning of the riddle.
2. Reading through the comments is cheating! Don't ruin it for yourself and others!
What Am I?
Who am I, who am I?
Poke me right in the eye!
Will not cry, will not sigh,
If I were alive I could die!
Fluff 'n' stuff, fluff 'n' stuff,
For some, one is never enough!
I can be small or I can be buff,
Perhaps I am weak or really tough!
Oh no no, oh no no,
Without me some can't go!
Lift them up when they are low,
I cannot reap and cannot sow!
Can you see, can you see?
Youth will always desire me!
Take me with or let me be,
Will not move when I am free!
We are two, we are two,
Perhaps inseparable me and you!
Some won't know what to do,
If we aren't stuck just like glue!
What am I for, what am I for,
Carry me right through the door!
We can play on the floor,
Take me flying and we can soar!
I take shape, I take shape,
I could even be a grape!
Perhaps I am like an ape,
Or better within a seascape!
Setting Difficulty
As a solver of my riddles I don't want you to feel discouraged if you cannot solve one, you are performing an essential function for me as I play the riddler. Other than just entertaining you and myself with the riddles and associated guesses, you are helping me to categorize my riddles into difficulty levels. We have a very symbiotic relationship. Without the riddler there are no solvers, and without the solvers there is no riddler.
Thank you for your generous services!
