What is Hardcore Domination
Hardcore Domination is the first installment of real hardcore objective based game modes added to Call of Duty Ghosts. This is similar to the traditional game mode of Hardcore domination with a twist. When playing domination, there are three objectives that a team must attempt to capture, while the other team is also trying to capture those objectives. Every few seconds you will get points depending on how many capture points you own, and in the end the first team to 200 points will win the game. So overall, You need to be the first team to 200 points, but at the same time there are strategies that will help you win a game, and I will talk about those below.
Strategies for getting that WIN
When you are seeking out the win in a game there are some things you should focus on. I will talk about specific points below that will allow your team to win, but some important things first. DON'T simply camp in a corner. While you think you may be helping the team, this is just causing frustration for everyone. By moving, and capturing objectives and defending objectives you will overall lead to more success in the long run.
First point.. DO NOT go for three capture points. While you may think this is a good strategy, UNLESS you have a team of 6 who know what they are doing, than this method will most likely hurt your team. You will flip spawns, and allow the enemy to have their first point, and capture you spawn point. You should focusing on having either A or C, in addition to having point B. This will keep the spawns the same, and allow for your team to hold down an objective, and win the game.
Second Point... Make sure you hold B. Objective B is always the middle point with the exception of a couple maps, but none the less B is always a necessary point. It does not matter whether you have A or C as long as you have B. Typically you will not spawn on B therefore you should attempt to hold this at all costs, and take turns grabbing A or C if you continue to lose one or the other. This is crucial to helping you win overall.
Guns to use
The guns that you should focus on are run and gun weapons. My personal favorite weapon that can be used is BY FAR the ARX 160. This weapon is my favorite because this allows for a good run and gun assault rifle, and will also come standard with a laser sight allowing for higher hip fire accuracy. This gun overall allows for easy kills especially on hardcore game modes.
Another weapon of choice would be the MTAR-X. I like this weapon from past Call of Duty games, but the thought of the gun being a sub machine gun, and having greater mobility really makes this gun extremely effective in game. This will allow you the best odds when playing in game, and will help you have greater success in the long run.
Kill Streaks to Use
When choosing kill streaks for Hardcore Domination, I suggest going with assault. First off is the Sat Com which should be used whether you use assault or support because in hardcore these are EXTREMELY effective, and will help you team a LOT. The next score streak I suggest is the IMS unit. The IMS unit will allow you to place a bomb on the objective that typically guarantees 1-4 kills. These are a great addition to your package and will help you get more kills, and will give you greater success over time.
After you have those two killstreaks, the last one is up to you. I would suggest going with a helicopter, or vulture that will help protect you, and have the ability of taking enemies out while they are placed around the map. Another possibility will be the sentry gun, which can easily be placed facing an objective. Overall I would not suggest using a kill streak that you must control, because this will waste precious time that you can use going after the enemy instead.
I typically also don't suggest using specialist on domination, because this will not benefit the team, and typically will not be as effective as in game modes like cranked where you focus on kills, and better yourself over time.
Support is also another good setup to use for your team. Support will allow you to continue getting kills and adding up to your selected kills streaks even after you die. In this case I would suggest the Sat Com again, along with a ballistic vest for your team. After that you can choose your last item, but the ballistic vests tend to help a lot and the Sat Com is once again a MUST.
Perks to Use
When choosing the perks you want to use in the game this is fairly simple for me. First off is Off The Grid. With the amount of Sat Com units out there, the Off the Grid perk will help you a LOT when trying to survive against enemies when running into their spawn to grab an objective.
The next perk that I would suggest is going to be sitrep. First off this will allow you to see the IED's and IMS units on the map, BUT on top of that you will see the Sat Coms, Ballistic Vests, Ammo Crates which all amount to more free kills if you can knife them. Therefore sitrep is a must perk in hardcore domination.
Another perk I would suggest is using sleight of hand. This perk will allow for fast reloading, and really will save your life in tight situations when on the B location, or when playing the game.
Beyond that, it is up to you what other perks you use, and whether or not you are using grenades, and other secondaries. I personally don't use a secondary, or any type of grenade, therefore I have more perk room which I use for Hardline, or for Steady aim. Both of these perks help me out in the long run

Overall Hardcore Domination is a very fun game mode to play. Once you get used to playing Hardcore there is no substitute. With that being said, playing this game mode will equal a lot of points each game, and will allow for quick leveling up, and on top of that will also help boost your K/D ratio once you learn to play this game mode.
