Chapters 5, 6 and 7 - Space Marine Servo Skull Guide
This guide covers the locations of all of the collectible Servo Skulls which are located in chapters 5, 6 and 7, named The Inquisitor, Lair of Giants and Heart of Darkness respectively, of the video game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. These chapters are combined due to the limited number of skulls between them.

Chapter 5: "The Inquisitor" Servo Skulls
1. Journal: Guardsman Alexander [3/5]
In the first few minutes of the chapter (Chapter Start section) you'll reach the large cargo yard where you're fighting tons of Orks, headed towards a large building at the end while a massive crane carrying an equally massive cannon moves across the skyline. Clear out the Orks and make your way towards the structure, where you'll find a ramp that leads up and into the building from the cargo yard. Instead of taking the ramp, run past and look in the opposite direction, to the right as your approaching the area, and you'll find this skull sitting next to some ammo and a dead Imperial Guardsman.
"Personal message cache, Guardsman Alexander. Today was a good day. We were clearing a foundry of Orks when I heard banging from inside the furnace. Good thing I didn't throw a grenade inside, because it was full of civilians - starving, scared, some no more than kids - but still alive. It cheered everyone up to see them. Gives us something worth fighting for, you know? Now we've just got to keep the Orks away from them."
2. Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan [1/5]
This servo skull is pretty hard to miss, at the end of the chapter (Cargo Bay) you'll face a series of waves of Orks that you'll have to fight off and defend against while waiting for a service elevator ride to the next section. Once you've completed this part and taken your elevator ride, you'll have a bit of a peaceful stretch, walking down a large hallway towards the Titan Manifactorum and the end of this chapter. Look to the left on your path and you'll see the servo skull hovering above a crate in plain view next to a group of live Guardsmen standing around.
"Encoded transmission from Inquisitor Drogan to Inquisitor lord Sharpe. As we'd hoped, my lord, Forge World Graia is an ideal location to focus on my work. Though helpful, the techpriests of the Adeptus Mechanicus are forever curious. Interest can easily turn to interference... I will be cautious about involving them in my experiments. At least, for now."

Chapter 6: Lair of Giants Servo Skulls
1. Audio Log: Workshift 465 [2/5]
This first skull in chapter 6 is found shortly after using the Augur station in the very beginning of the chapter to locate Inquisitor Drogan's life signature in the facility. After the scan is finished, you'll proceed onwards around a corner then down a long open walkway with an elevator at the end. Look to your left as you go down this walkway for the first of two ramps that lead to a lower area of the walkway with a bunch of crates littered about it. You'll find the servo skull at the end of the ramp, clearly seen once you make the turn.
Lilith: "-- the Orks have reached the Western territories. That's close, Caleb."
Caleb: "Not when all the planetary defenses -- and the Skitarii -- stand between us and them."
Lilith: "First you don't believe there's an invasion, and now you're not worried about it at all."
Caleb: "Lilith, we have a far better chance of being killed on the assembly line than by a far-away Ork."
Graia: "Workers, take your stations. Be productive, be dutiful --"
2. Encrypted Report: Inquisitor Drogan [2/5]
This servo skull is still in the chapter start section of Lair of Giants but further pas the first in the forge area where you'll find a series of walkways that cross and go around a large conveyor belt. In this room you will also find a lot of Orks to fight, your comrades pointing out that they seem to be coming out of the ventilation tubes. Look to the left of the objective marked door, once you've finished clearing out this area and you will find a ramp that leads to a platform overlooking the belt to walk up with a control panel and the servo skull you seek.
"Transmission to Inquisitor Lord Sharpe-- My Lord: the research facility is operational ahead of schedule, thanks to the techpriests. I've already begun my work to create a stable energy matrix. Harnessing these...unorthodox ...energies is proving more promising than I could have dreamed..."

Chapter 7: Heart of Darkness Servo Skulls
1. Duty Log: Transmechanic Petronius [2/5]
In the early portions of Chapter 7, you'll find yourself fighting Orks in a series of tunnels that open up to some larger big battle rooms. This will happen once, then a second time after going through some smaller sewer tunnels. Once you have cleared out the enemies of the second of these two big battle rooms, you'll have a pair of small sewer tunnel exits at the far end. The one on the right is the path that takes you further into the chapter, however you should take the left entrance first, which should have a small fire burning right next to it, checking inside and directly to the left for the first of the two servo skulls in this chapter.
"I was right! For days, I tracked that signal coming from beyond the sun. I didn't tell Transmechanic First Class Aleric because I didn't want to be ridiculed. And today I heard voices -- the signal's an Ork fleet heading straight for Graia! That's when I told Aleric. You should of seen the shock on his face. If he'd believed me a week ago, we would have had that much more warning. He was wrong -- I was right. Finally."
2. Audio Log: Medicae Station Ventris [3/5]
A short time after finding the first skull, you'll finally end up leaving the sewer tunnels after acquiring the Meltagun, ending up on a catwalk in a more open room. Look to the left just as you exit the last bit of tunnel and you'll find an explosive barrel laden Ork Barricade, which you can blow up to reach the second and last servo skull in this chapter, right behind it.
Dominus: "-- we're almost out of sterile dressings. I haven't even begun treating the new burn victims yet."
Cassia: "You can't treat them. Give them something for pain. But that is all."
Dominus: "I am a Magos Biologis. No wound or malady is beyond me -"
Cassia: "You are in a triage situation. Observe, analyze and decide who we can save."
