Elder Scrolls 6? Ideas for the future.

Updated on July 28, 2012

Ideas for TES 6

So I have seen many people suggest ideas for The Elder Scrolls 6 and I have to say one very important thing. Everybody you are forgetting about something that these games barley touch on. The literal Elder Scrolls. Everyone is wanting Dwemer and stuff with the Aldmeri Dominion. But why not touch more with the very thing this franchise is named after. I think these ideas are great but not for a main story line.

Where in Tamriel, Or should I say where in Nirn?

I think this game should take in Elsweyr. I think they have been hinting it in Skyrim just as they have done in oblivion. Because in oblivion they talked about Skyrim and the blades were pretty important. In Skyrim the traders talk about Elsweyr allot too. Now why I say "Or should I say where in Nirn?" is because maybe you can start on or go to another continent in the game. Thinking Bethesda and thinking Skyrim we will probably go another dimension, like the very distant Aetherius.

New races? New creatures and mobs?

If we go to another continent maybe we can be or meet other races. That would be amazing considering, well as far as I know we have no idea of what these other races look like on the other continents. I am also looking forward to some new creatures and mobs. Maybe more Dwemer automations, or special Aldmeri Dominion astronachs.

Storyline quest?

As I said I would like something really involving the Elder Scrolls like big time. Yes Skyrim touches on it a bit, but I want something better than that, bigger than that. Maybe a race to an Elder Scroll against a Daedric Prince walking on Nirn, that turned mortal somehow. I want something epic like that.

Sideline quests?

Now I agree there should be something to do with the Aldmeri Dominion. Maybe the game takes place while the Dominion has been taking over Tamriel and the Empire is trying to fight back, you could do the quest line where to fight the Dominion and it will make less of the guards patrolling the land looking for people that arnt in prison. Witch brings me to the idea that in the beginning we can be a prisoner at a Aldmeri Domion camp about to get tortured so you have to escape. Anything with the Dwemer would be cool but truthfully I'm not really into that, that much.

Your ideas!

I want to hear what you want or think is going to happen. It would be great to hear other amazing ideas. But for now I will see you guys later.

Hi, I have a couple of ideas. First, is underwater, why play a game where the water is not deep, no threat and the player can't wield weapons. What should happen is that the water is deep and where players can find ruins, legendary sea monsters, attack faster with a dagger underwater, and have new perks such as; agility, awareness, and speed. This what I believe will take any elder scroll game to the next level.

I think the best location for the next Elder Scrolls game would be Hammerfell. Why Hammerfell ? Because it's home to the Redguards, who have always been presented as the perfect adventurers : fierce warriors who abhor authority and do whatever it takes to get rich. You get populated cities, a huge desert filled with dangers, possibly an access the Dragon Tail Mountains, Dwemer Ruins, etc...

As of the main storyline, I have no real idea. What could possibly be cooler than dragons ? Maybe you'd have to stop the birth of a18th Daedric Prince or something like that.

Though the gameplay in Skyrim is pretty good already, I think there's something missing : acrobatics. REAL acrobatics, like jumping and grabbing ledges, climbing on walls, provided you're skilled enough at acrobatics.

I love the skyrim gameplay, but dislike the location. I love that Roman type feeling given in Oblivion, but if it was back in Cyrodil, but with old fashioned guns, a parkour-type climbing gameplay, the game would be awesome. More cinematic gameplay, guns, swords (ofcourse), and a more revolutionary type plotline and game set-up would make a unique, but still Elder Scrolls like game.

Interesting hub. I really enjoyed Skyrim, so I hope they make another Elder Scrolls!
