Epic games and Microsoft have designed the latest shooter game exclusively for Xbox 360. The release date for Gears of War 3 was scheduled in April 2011. However to further improve the screenplay and tweak up the graphics Microsoft decided to postpone the release till September 2011. The new release date for Gears of War 3 is 20th September 2011. There are over one million people waiting in queue to lay their hands on the Gears of War 3. Guess the popularity of the game by this fact.

The Gears of War 3 is the third part of the Gears of War series and the last one to complete the story. ‘Gears of War 3’ for the first time features a four-player game series. The game features a fully mechanized suit that the players can control. It is equipped with a rocket launcher and a machine game. The player will play Marcus Fenix’s character as the primary character though during the course of the story the focus shiftsto other minor heroes and the player has to play their character. The Gears of War 3 features new enemies such as the Savage Grenadier, the Locust Siege Beast, the Digger Boomer and the Berserkers that are common from the previous version. Besides new enemies the new Gears of War 3 also features new weapons.A Sawed-off Shotgun, Snipers, Grenades and a whole range of new and lethal weapons. The game also introduces Anya Stroud, Samantha Byrne, Bernadette Mataki and Queen Myrrah. Who are they? They are the four new women heroes to debut in the Gears of War 3.

Remember the Gears of War 2 and the multiplayer feature called the Horde Mode? The Horde Mode isback in the Gears of War 3 but with a different name, the Horde 2.0. The Horde 2.0 is a far better version than the first Horde. The Gears of War 3 becomes far more tactical and strategic with the Horde 2.0. With Horde 2.0 you can now have your own command post and you can add cash to your inventory by killing enemies. The cash thus collected can be used to build offensive and defensive fortifications.

To facilitate the players and online gameplay Epic has decided to run the game on independent dedicated servers. Be a part this amazing gaming experience order your copy now.
