How To Win Or Lose A Yugioh Duel
The Main Goal
The main goal of a Yugioh Duel is to win the duel. There are several ways to win a Yugioh Duel, some of which are simple and a bit easier to achieve then other methods. The same ways you win a duel are the same ways you lose a duel if your opponent is able to do them first. This hub will discuss the most common ways to win/lose a duel, as well as some of the other ways to win/lose.

Common Ways To Win
There are two basic ways to win a duel:
-Life Points to zero
If your opponent's Life Points hit zero, for whatever reason, you win the duel. If your Life Points hit zero, you lose the duel. If both you and your opponent's Life Points hit zero at the same time, then the duel is a draw.
"Deck Out" is when your opponent is unable to draw a card at the beginning of their turn. The duelist who decks out loses the duel.
Mill Decks focus on the Deck Out method to win the duel by using cards like Lightsworn Cards in the Lightsworn Deck.

How do you usually win your Yugioh duels?
Certain Cards and Effects can also help you win a duel. These methods are harder to achieve and you may need some luck on your side as well. These methods include:
-Having all 5 Exodia Pieces
-Having all 5 Cards of Destiny Board
-Having the only monster(s) on the field after "Last Turn" was used
-After the activation "Final Countdown" and waiting 20 turns
-Having 3 Hyper-Venom Counters on "Vennominaga the Deity of Poisonous Snakes"
-Sending the 5 Exodia Pieces to the Graveyard by the effects of "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord"
-Special Summoning "The Creator God of Light, Horakhty"
-Having 3 Destiny Counters on Number 88: Gimmick Puppet of Leo
Out of these methods, the one I have seen the most used in any duel is the Exodia Method. Having all five Exodia Cards (Exodia The Forbidden One, Left Arm of the Forbidden One, Right Arm of the Forbidden One, Left Leg of the Forbidden One, and Right Leg of the Forbidden One) in your hand at the same time automatically makes you the victor. This is commonly called as a "One Hit" Win.
