Hubsan X4 Quadcopter on Amazon.
Introducing the X4 from Hubsan.
Until I saw an amateur film on YouTube I never knew these geeky little quadcopters existed. You may have seen the film on another of my articles, http://poshcoffeeco.hubpages.com/hub/Norman-Cathedrals-of-England. Of course the article has nothing to do with the little model but it does show what great aerial films these little machines can take.
This was my motivation for owning a Hubsan X4. The idea of making aerial films interested me after I saw the film of the Peterborough Cathedral.
Hubsan X4 Starter model.
The Hubsan X4 is an ideal entry level for anyone looking to try aerial photography. These little models are great fun to fly as well.
Flying time is around 6 to 8 minutes but they charge back up fairly quickly at around 30 to 40 minutes from flat. I'm currently considering buying a couple of spare batteries to use during the summer, then I can make longer films and not have to wait for recharging.
What's in the box ?
In the Hubsan X4 Quadcopter box you will receive your Quadcopter along with one battery and a remote control. There will be some charge in the battery but you will need to charge it fully before flying it for the first time.
Set up is very easy and there is an instruction leaflet which is easy to follow.
You will need to buy a micro SD card in order to record your video. I purchased a 4 Gigabyte one for plenty of storage.
Everything you need on Amazon
If you buy your Hubsan X4 from Amazon you will find everything else you are likely to need to go with it as well as buying from a reputable company. Delivery will be fast so you won't have to wait too long to get started.
Check out this baby.
Opposite you will see a demonstration of the Hubsan X4. I can guarantee that after you have watched the video you will be ordering one for yourself. Just look at the video quality the HD camera produces. You will get hours of pleasure in the outdoors with this amazing model.
How to order yours.
Order your model now so as not to be disappointed as they are selling fast.
Click on the product link here or the picture at the top of this article. You will be taken to the Amazon sales page so you can be sure of a safe, secure and very smooth transaction.
Make sure you order from the links on this page to make sure you receive the improved version of this model. Then you can be sure that you will get the one with the updated battery for more power and longer flight times.
For added value you could purchase the crash pack at the same time as you purchase your Hubsan X4 Quadcopter. A great safety feature the crash pack will give you replacement and bodyshell. Spare battery and 2 motors along with 2 spare led's Click the link to take a look. Don't forget to order your SD card if you intend to record video when flying your model.
Fly in total safety
Make every flight in safety and add the prop guard to your order. If you don't want to go to the expense of buying the crash pack then I would urge you to get the prop guards especially if you use your model around other people and property.
I've been injured when I steered the model into my bare foot and it really does hurt for a while. The Hubsan X4 is a powerful little model and as the video says is quite heavy for this type of Quadcopter.
How to set up your Hubsan X4
Once you receive your Hubsan X4 Quadcopter you will have the task of setting up before you are able to fly it for the first time. Basically if you follow the instruction book it should be straightforward enough to get you flying in a matter of minutes.
Setting up means you have to get the model and the remote control communicating with each other so please be careful to follow the instructions and I would advise that you do this outside in an open space to avoid accidents.
