Let’s Pilates is an instructional video game that teaches its users how to properly perform Pilates workouts. It has detailed instructions on each routine. In case there is a workout you cannot understand, you can zoom in on the avatar and rotate it so you can better understand the routine. It has at least 40 Pilates exercises. Breathing techniques are also instructed in this game. Another interesting feature this game has is that you can choose your avatar and customize them with different outfits. So, it is a lot like a girl's game. If you are a gamer who just love to play dress-up games, this game can be a good fit for you.

You can manage your progress and customize your workout. It would let you choose how long you want to work out. The game is broken down into different variations, from easier to more difficult variation. This was done so that beginners as well as advanced exercisers can benefit from this game. You can choose the amount of time you want to work out. You can choose between short 3-minute workouts to full-length workouts that can last up to 15 minutes or longer. You can even design your own regimen using the routines that are already available in the game. Let’s Pilates also lets you do exercises where you can work on specific results; like improving your posture or preventing back pains.

Hi Cgull, I think Pilates is much more easier than yoga. It's more user-friendly, so to speak, for people who are starting out.
