Magic: The Gathering: The Best Commons of Dissension
Dissension has some quality commons that have mechanics such as Forecast, Hellbent, and Graft. These mechanics enhance your arsenal and give you more gameplay options.
Delirium Skeins
Delirium Skeins is a black sorcery that costs two colorless and one black mana.
Each player discards three cards.
This is devastating as a third turn in a discarder deck. A first turn Thoughtseize, second turn Hymn to Tourach and third turn Delirium Skeins leaves your opponent's hand decimated and leaves him in an uphill battle.
Seal of Doom
Seal of Doom is a black enchantment that costs two colorless and one black mana.
Sacrifice Seal of Doom: Destroy target nonblack creature. It can’t be regenerated.
This is a nice removal spell that you can place in the battlefield ahead of when you need it. This leaves your mana open later on for other things.
Vision Skeins
Vision Skeins is a blue instant that costs one colorless and one blue mana.
Each player draws two cards.
This is a good addition to mill decks as it helps thin out your opponent's cards even faster. If you combine this with Teferi's Tutelege you will get to mill an additional four cards as well.
Utopia Sprawl
Utopia Sprawl is a green enchantment that costs one green mana.
It is an aura that can only enchant a Forest.
As Utopia Sprawl enters the battlefield, choose a color.
