I have been playing Magic: The Gathering since 1994 and have won a few draft tournaments in MTGO and MTG Arena.

Chandra, Flamecaller

Chandra, Flamecaller is a red planeswalker that costs four colorless and two red mana.

It comes into play with four loyalty counters.

Add one loyalty: Create two three power and one toughness red Elemental creature tokens with haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Add zero loyalty: Discard all the cards in your hand, then draw that many cards plus one.

Subtract X loyalty: Chandra, Flamecaller deals X damage to each creature.

Chandra may cost a hefty amount of mana but is a powerful offensive force she asgenerates two Spark Elementals per turn.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion

Elspeth, Sun's Champion is a white planeswalker that costs four colorless and two white mana.

It comes into play with four loyalty counters.

Add one loyalty: Create three one power and one toughness white Soldier creature tokens.

Subtract three loyalty: Destroy all creatures with power 4 or greater.

Subtract seven loyalty: You get an emblem with “Creatures you control get plus two power and plus two toughness and have flying.”

Elspeth may cost a hefty amount of mana but is a powerful offensive force as it generates three soldier tokens per turn. If unchecked, she can quickly overwhelm your opponent.

Garruk, Cursed Huntsman

Garruk, Cursed Huntsman is a black and green planeswalker that costs four colorless one black and one green mana.

It comes into play with five loyalty counters.

Add zero loyalty: Create two two power and two toughness black and green Wolf creature tokens with “When this creature dies, put a loyalty counter on each Garruk you control.”

Subtract three loyalty: Destroy target creature. Draw a card.

Subtract six loyalty: You get an emblem with “Creatures you control get +3/+3 and have trample.”

Garruk, Cursed Huntsman can quickly overwhelm your opponent with Wolf tokens. The coup de grâce is Garruk generating an emblem with a permanent Overrun effect.

Garruk, Primal Hunter

Garruk, Primal Hunter is a green planeswalker that costs two colorless and three green mana.

It comes into play with three loyalty counters.

Add one loyalty: Create a three power and three toughness green Beast creature token.

Subtract three loyalty: Draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control.

Subtract six loyalty: Create a six power and six toughness green Wurm creature token for each land you control.

Garruk, Cursed Huntsman can quickly overwhelm your opponent with Wolf tokens. The coup de grâce is Garruk generating an emblem with a permanent Overrun effect.

Garruk, Primal Hunter is powerful in a mono green deck as he can provide additional creatures to your already large army whether it be three power and three toughness Beasts or six power and six toughness Wurms.

Garruk can even refill your hand with cards depending on your largest creature.

Nissa, Who Shakes the World

Nissa, Who Shakes the World is a green planeswalker that costs three colorless and two green mana.

It comes into play with five loyalty counters.

Whenever you tap a Forest for mana, add an additional green mana.

Add one loyalty: Put three one power and one toughness counters on up to one target noncreature land you control. Untap it. It becomes a zero power and zero toughness Elemental creature with vigilance and haste that’s still a land.

Subtract eight loyalty: You get an emblem with “Lands you control have indestructible.” Search your library for any number of Forest cards, put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.

Nissa, Who Shakes the World can be a good finisher in mono-green decks. Nissa can get out as soon as the third turn and can quickly turn your lands into a small army.

Nissa, Worldwaker

Nissa, Worldwaker is a green planeswalker that costs three colorless and two green mana.

It comes into play with three loyalty counters.

Add one loyalty: Target land you control becomes a four power and four toughness Elemental creature. It’s still a land.

Add one loyalty: Untap up to four target Forests.

Subtract seven loyalty: Search your library for any number of basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. Those lands become four power and four toughness Elemental creatures with trample. They’re still lands.

Nissa, Worldwaker can turn your docile land into a rampaging elemental army. With green able to fetch more land, your ranks will grow quickly.

Oko, Thief of Crowns

Oko, Thief of Crowns is a green planeswalker that costs one colorless, one green and one blue mana.

It comes into play with four loyalty counters.

Add two loyalty: Create a Food token. (It’s an artifact with “Pay two colorless mana, Tap, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain three life.”)

Add one loyalty: Target artifact or creature loses all abilities and becomes a green Elk creature with base power and toughness three power and three toughness.

Subtract five loyalty: Exchange control of target artifact or creature you control and target creature an opponent controls with power three or less.

Oko, Thief of Crowns can turn your docile artifacts into a rampaging elk army. There are many artifacts that cost zero mana so you can get an elk in as early as the second turn since green has mana ramping abilities.

Vivien, Monsters' Advocate

Vivien, Monsters' Advocate is a green planeswalker that costs three colorless and two green mana.

It comes into play with three loyalty counters.

You may look at the top card of your library any time.

You may cast creature spells from the top of your library.

Add one loyalty: Create a three power and three toughness green Beast creature token. Put your choice of a vigilance counter, a reach counter, or a trample counter on it.

Subtract two loyalty: When you cast your next creature spell this turn, search your library for a creature card with lesser converted mana cost, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.

Vivien, Monsters' Advocate functions either as a token generator or as a tutor with free casting. It can be deadly given that you have the proper mana curve worth of creatures to maximize Vivien's tutoring effect.

Elspeth Tirel

Elspeth Tirel is a white planeswalker that costs three colorless and two white mana.

It comes into play with four loyalty counters.

Add two loyalty: You gain one life for each creature you control.

Subtract two loyalty: Create three one power and one toughness white Soldier creature tokens.

Subtract five loyalty: Destroy all other permanents except for lands and tokens.

Elspeth Tirel has three synergistic abilities. The second ability (the token generation ability) feeds the first ability (the life gain ability). The third ability (the mass destruction ability) supports the second ability (the token generation ability) as it spares tokens from destruction.

Serra the Benevolent

Serra the Benevolent is a white planeswalker that costs two colorless and two white mana.

It comes into play with four loyalty counters.

Add two loyalty: Creatures you control with flying get plus one power and plus one toughness until end of turn.

Subtract three loyalty: Create a four power and four toughness white Angel creature token with flying and vigilance.

Subtract six loyalty: You get an emblem with “If you control a creature, damage that would reduce your life total to less than one reduces it to one instead.”

Serra the Benevolent essentially creates Serra Angels and has an ultimate of creating an emblem that simulates Worship.
