Make Your Own Cards

Updated on November 21, 2011

Make Your Own Cards - Book Reviews.

I have purchased many books and magazines over the years on how to start a greeting card business. My most recent purchase is this great book "Simply Cards" by professional greeting card designer Sally Traidman.

"Simply Cards" is now one of my favorite books on card making. Great book for the novice and experienced card maker. The book reveals over 100 different handmade cards, designs and strategies to optimize your card making.

"Simply Cards", in my oppinion is a value packed guide that takes you step-by-step through 52 card making projects including simple variations of designs you can use to create unique gift card designs using the exact same stamps.

The book has a five star rating on Amazon so I suggest you go and take a look for yourself and read some of the reviews.

"Simply Cards" focuses on the bright, vibrant colours that are in vogue right now. This book will appeal to rubber stampers, paper-crafters, card makers and scrapbookers and combines fun embellishments with pretty paper and cool stamps.

So if you love to make your own cards and are looking to expand your card designs, then the quick and easy projects in this book are irresistible for any occasion.

If you would like to reccommend a book you have in your collection on how to make your own cards then I would love you to tell us in the comments below.
