Mini Rc Helicopters
Mini Rc Helicopters are one of many things that all mean fun. They can be a collectors item, they could be a fantastic toy, or they could be an inspiring device for that young person growing up to get them open to a brand new world of flight. Remote controlled helicopters have to be one of the funnest toys in the world. Almost anything thats remote controlled tend for people to have fun with but adding the aspect of flight is what really makes these things fun. Almost anyone, any age, any ethnicity, or any gender will have a blast flying one of these little helicopters. Mini rc helicopters are made for indoor use, but many times flying one outside doesnt hurt. The only problem with flying them outside is wind currents are stronger outside and can make the unit loose control. Regardless, the rc mini helicopters are an awesome toy for absolutely anyone. They come in many different colors, they have different models, and they might have different logos and markings on them. The rechargeable batteries allow quite a long flight time and the recharging doesnt take too long. I am sure these gift would be perfect for whoever you get it for, and being a remote control device im sure you wouldnt mind sharing it at Thanksgiving, your birthday, Halloween (if your really lucky), or Christmas so everyone can have some fun.
Mini Rc Helicopter Tips and Tricks
There are a ton of helicopter stunts you can do or create for your mini helicopter to accomplish. I seen people diving them into a barrel roll and recovering for example. Some people use them to pick up a small bucket and deliver it across the room. Others like landing it across the room on a lego landing pad they made on top of a model hospital for example. Those kind of tricks are endless and up to you to create but there are some other tricks to having fun or using these rc helicopters.
Stay Flying All Day, Everyday.
These mini remote controlled helicopters are tons of fun and often distract you for 8-12 minutes at a time. But what happens after the heli is out of juice and needs to be recharged? Recharging a mini remote controlled helicopter typically takes around 3 times as long (12 minute flight=30 minute charge). So what do you do? The answer is simple, buy 3-4 helicopters. Each helicopter has its own charger. Simply charge them all at start then fly one. When that one is ready to charge put it on charge and fly the 2nd one. When that one dies put the 2nd on charge fly the third. By the time the 3rd wont fly anymore the first is charged. This is cutting it close with timing so 4 is best if you want 1 person to fly all the time. Its a simple but effective way to achieve sustained flight over time with mini rc helicopters.
Dont Forget Power!
While the mini helicopters are powered by a usb or ac wall charger the remote control itself isnt. The remote control often takes 2 double A (AA) Batteries. There are two ways of doing this, you can go to the dollar store and buy 8 AA batteries for a dollar or you can buy rechargeable AA batteries that will last a lot longer and over time will pay for themselves. (The electricity in an AA battery costs almost nothing but buying a battery does.) The basic math is this:
36 8 Pack batteries = $36
1 4 batter rechargeable unit = $36
You get unlimited batteries for $36 bucks compared to 288 generic low grade batteries that might or might not have a charge. The rechargeable batteries can also be used for remotes etc and is the green way to go.
