The Best Hearthstone Streamers
What Makes a Good Streamer?
In a world flooded with people broadcasting video games to provide entertainment to people across the internet, you have a vast array of people to choose from. Should you watch the average player when you can watch a legend player? Should you watch a player who's good or entertaining to watch?
Here's the criteria I use when determining which streamers are worth watching for Hearthstone
- Are they really good at the game? This usually equates to being a legend player.
- Do they play in tournaments? Are they well known? In many cases, the most popular streamers also play in tournaments and have the most interesting streams to watch.
- Aside from just playing the game, do they also do tutorials or extra content like creating fan made cards and talking about them in videos?
- When new content comes out like an adventure mode, are they quick to stream it?
- Do they stream regularly? It's easy to watch people who keep a schedule.
The Best Streamers
- Amaz - Very entertaining, frequently casts tournaments he doesn't play in
- Trump - Calmer and very analytical about his play. Did cool series like iHearth.
- Forsen - F O R S E N B O Y S. One of the best known Hearthstone streamers. Often referred to as "Dad".
- Noxxious - The fan made Zul'gurub adventure that he's been working on has been top notch.
- Chakki - Perhaps not as well known, but is a top contender for Adventure Mode PvE firsts. I believe he was first on heroic with all but one of the five wings.
- Kripparean - What's interesting about the videos that he publishes to YouTube is that they typically have a some talk before showing the games which describes what's going on with the clip and why it's worth watching.
- Athene - Regardless of what game he's streaming, he's got an entertaining stream. Compared to many players, he's actually quite creative and comes up with a lot of successful decks on his own.
