No More Heroes

You may remember the No More Heroes series from 2007 on Nintendo Wii. Well now the series is making a comeback with it's third installment. That's right people Travis and all the chaos, craziness and mayhem is back.

If you can't remember the No More Heroes games then here's a little brief. You play as Travis Touchdown who is an assassin and wants to make it to the top. You go around upgrading, collecting and preparing yourself so you can defeat the top ten assassins in the world. When you think you are ready you can challenge then one at a time until you reach number one.

When it was release the graphics were groundbreaking, now not so much. The gameplay is amazing and very interactive with the Wii remote. No More Heroes is a one of a kind series that infuses action, blood, comedy and sex all in to one. Travis very much has a personality similar to Deadpool. No More Heroes was and still is a masterpiece.

No More Heroes 2 Desperate Struggle

Following the success of the first one in 2010 the sequel came out. Three years have passed since, and things have gone badly for Travis. He is now the fifty-first best assassin in the world. But he intends on getting to number one again.

There were a lot more characters features, mechanics, development, environment and length in the sequel. Even though the first was masterpiece No More Heroes 2 Desperate Struggle was even better. There was just so much more connect and playtime.

There was a new level of depths and difference to each boss battle. This made the game feel like it was progressing and you were never doing the same fight twice. The boss battles were a lot harder, but when you finally defeat the boss you get the best feeling in the world, which is so refreshing. The ending did leave a path for the series to continue and now a third is finally coming.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes

Now Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes has been announced. But it will no long be produced by Ubisoft. So this could have a new direction and feel to it which in turn could be very interesting.

All we know is the title and release date which is set for 2018. Of course there is going to be assassins and it will be about Travis either being number one still and trying to keep his spot. Or Travis try to get back to number one again. Having Travis at number one and defending his spot would be a completely different story to the other but it would feel like you have already got to the top and there is no progression. Whereas rising up the rankings again may seen very familiar but you will feel the progress and development of the story.

So far we only know that Travis is coming back. Other characters haven't been announced yet and won't be for a while. Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes will most probably be release late next year. So new announcements of content won't be happening until early-mid next year.

But Travis is striking back and you can bet it will be with a bloody, gory, explosive, sexual bang.

I'm definitely excited for the third installment, though I need to finish the sequel beforehand.
