It seems as though everyone who's anyone is playing a little game on Facebook called Candy Crush Saga. Candy Crush Saga is a puzzle game,by King in which you switch the position of candies to earn points and reach the goal of the level. the game is available to play on Facebook, Google Play and the App Store. I must admit, I am guilty too. The game is a lot of fun and can be addicting, which is why I am writing this article. How can you tell if you are addicted to Candy Crush Saga? Here's how!

You Know You're Addicted to Candy Crush Saga When...

  • Everything is sweet, tasty, delicious or divine
  • You play Candy Crush Saga in your sleep
  • You sing the Candy Crush music in the shower
  • You use the music from Candy Crush Saga to lull you child to sleep
  • You wait 20 minutes to gain another life so you can play again
  • You spam your friends with requests for extra lives and moves
  • It is the end of the world of you reach the end of the chapter and have to wait for 3 friends to help you move on
  • You spend money to gain extra moves and bonuses
  • You spend money so you don’t have to spam your friends so you can move on to the next level
  • You use a Fun o Meter reference to explain how bored you are or how much fun you are having
  • You develop a sudden distaste for jelly
  • You develop a sudden distaste for chocolate
  • You watch YouTube videos to see how others have beaten certain levels
  • You turn off the sound on your phone or computer so nobody can hear you playing
  • You bring you phone or tablet into the bathroom with you so you can play in privacy

If any of these situations sounds familiar to you, there is a pretty good chance that you are addicted to Candy Crush Saga and should seek kelp immediately... or just play another round. Whatever makes you happy. Now that you are aware that you might have a problem you can begin the healing process.

As with any addiction, it may be tough to gain freedom from your attachment to Candy Crush Saga, but I assure the rewards are great. You will have more time to spend with your family and friends. Your friends may begin to like you again because you will no longer be spamming them with requests for extra lives and moves for Candy Crush. You will also regain control of you free time.       I played it once, but I had to delete the app because I knew it would be addicting. Right now, I have to focus on priorities. You have the addiction of this game right on!
