There is no "easy way" to solve a Rubik's Cube. It took the guy who invented it a month to figure it out and at one point he thought it might not even be possible to solve!
There are a number of methods people have developed in order to solve the cube. For the most part they are all based on mathematical algorithms. Unless you are a math and algorithm genius the only way to solve the cube is through memorization of the algorithms associated with the method you choose.
The most common method and least complex is what's called the "layer" method. Basically you solve the cube layer by layer, as opposed to one side at a time, which is impossible. If you buy a Rubic's Cube it comes with the instructions for solving it through the layer method. There are about 10 different algorithms you need to learn in order to move the pieces around without messing up the other parts. It is not complicated, it just requires a lot of memorization.
There are other more efficient, but also more complex, ways to solve the cube. You can find websites devoted to the different approaches to solving the cube. And if all else fails you can take it apart and put it back together. The worst thing you could do is remove the stickers. Once you do that you can never solve it properly again. Hope this helps!
