What would you recommend for a game capture product?

I'm finding that a lot of people are sharing their gaming experience via postings on youtube.com. Many of them are even branded with the commentator's logo or game tag. There are three companies I've seen who make such a product: Roxio, AverMedia, and Hauppauge. If you do this or know of someone who do this, which product are you or they using?

This really helped me, as I'm looking to record my own footage for video game reviews! Any other recommendations that are a bit cheaper? ^^

Cicsomum, looks like FRAPS is a capture program for PCs. I'm looking for a video capture tool for consoles like the XBOX. Thanks.
