I'm not sure I understand the question. Are video games good for you, in what way? Online games allow for interaction, and may increase your eye to hand coordination, but I don't know about other benefits. I do think that too much time spent playing video games is probably a time suck - just like social media. :)

I think you've also missed the fact that games enhance decision making, creativeness and improvisational skills as games are advancing to a point where a single decision can throw a game's balance instantaneously.
