We bought the tool and took 6 screws out, but somewhere in the middle is something still holding it together. How do we get the controler open so we can fix the front left thumb stick that is loose?

So that is the problem. HubPages doesn't make it clear that the Questions are just going to a general area with no reference back to whatever the questioner was doing before they asked.
That's why we get so many seemingly off the wall questions. The questions might make sense if we knew what page they came from, but when they are devoid of context, we are left baffled.
I think this needs fixing.
