When choosing a bike to ride this year many people are leaning towards the cruising or comfort type bike. With the comfort bike you have the option of not worrying about shifting and bouncing around with poor shocks. 2013 is the year of baby boomers and many seniors will be looking for different ways to exercise and lose weight. Below are many different types of comfort bikes created by different bike makers. Read the review if you don't know about the bike, and always make sure to wear safety equipment while riding.

One of the best bikes I want to tell people about is called the Trikke. It is one amazing bike that is Eco friendly and comfortable. You will get exercise while going at least 18 MPH.

For many years now many people across American have been turning off their car and conserving energy by riding their bikes to work or around town. Did you know you are doing a huge part in changing the world one step at a time. Ever hour you ride your comfort bike you are doing yourself and you children a great deal of help.

One great reason to choose to ride a comfort bike is that you will lose weight without having to strain your whole body. Choosing your Comfort Bike

Choosing your comfort bike is one of the most fun times. Comfort bikes are made so you don't feel all of the bumps when you ride, and also shifting is almost always automatic. When buying comfort bikes one needs to understand the most expensive bikes often times are not the best choices. If you will be a senior riding a bike there is no sense on buying a $1,000 custom comfort bike when a decent $250.00 will suffice.

Take you time looking though the options we have provided for you. At any time if you have a question on any bike feel free to ask me via a message. My ultimate goal is to make sure my users are getting the best advice when looking for a bike.

Safety Preperation

We all know the risks for riding a bike. Many men and women a year get injured and killed with accidents that could have been avoided. We need to make sure we cover all safety mistakes and ensure we are practicing proper safety techniques so we do not become a part of the statistics.

My biggest concerns is the riders head. A rider of a bike needs to wear proper head protection to help protect against falls and accidents.75% of all accidents that are fatal could of been prevented by wearing a safety helmet. I understand they may make you look un- cool, but I can ensure you a body-bag is less "cool looking"

Bike Helmets

Safety has to be the first thing on ever bike riders mind. With all new bikes you will need to pick up a quality helmet.

Often times when we have time on our hands we as couple like to go out and spend time with each other. Would you ever dual bike ride?

I love riding bikes. After I graduated college, I slowly started gravitating towards the comfort bikes until I traded in my old 10 speed for one that I used to would have said was more for my mom. *~blessed~*

One of the breat things about cycling is that it doesn't put the stresses on your back compared to things like running.

Comfort bikes are so much easier to ride than those speed bikes where you have to hunch over. Much easier on your body as a whole.

Comfort bikes have never really appealed to me. When I was a kid my friends and I had mountain bike that we abused left and right and now I can't imagine peddling anywhere on anything other than my road bike.

I think having a multi-speed cruiiser bike makes more sense that a single speed. Those hills or inclines can be tough on a single speed.

Quite a lot of people bike all year where I live. We don't get cold winters and seldom get snow, so it's favorable weather, and the high gas prices certainly encourage biking as well.
