How to set up a game room
How about some virtual reality?
Ok so maybe most of us wont be putting virtual reality setups in our homes but that doesn't mean you can't set up a pretty good gaming room.
its all about the feeling that you are in the game and there are a few things that you can do to make that feeling more realistic.
Step one in my opinion is having a good sized high definition tv. Systems today have unbelievable graphics and it would be a shame to lose picture quality on a small or out of date tv. Make sure you are using proper HDMI cables as well because those can make a big difference.

Sound: You now have perfect, crisp picture you are going to need some high def sound. There are two options here and it is up to you to decide on one or both. The first one is surround sound, 5.1 Dolby Digital is the best and it will give you a great gaming experience but if you live in an apartment or with someone who likes quietness then the load volume and trembling sub woofer might not be for you. The other option is a turtle beach gaming headset. It has high qualitygame sound and can also be uses to communicate during online game.
comfort: Get yourself a comfortable seat. Some people get lost in games for hours and sitting in the same position in an uncomfortable seat can lead to pains. you can always get yourself a gaming seat, Some have steering wheels for racing games, some with joysticks for flight. and some with guns for shooters.
Do you like playing Racing games like Grand Turismo or Midnight club? Then you should buy a racing wheel with gas and brake pedals for the best gaming experience.
Gun controller for those of you that play shooter games
