I've never been mush of a gamer when it comes to the computer but do love a few rounds of Scrabble with my Mom and at 85 she is still pretty sharp. Growing up, we often played games together as a family and I carried that into my family when my kids were growing up as well.

Games are great ways to bond. Me and my grandmother used to play checkers all the time right up till she passed away. It's one of my fondest memories of her. Well worth doing. I even got her to try a video game or two, but she always came back to checkers.

never played video games... just don't think it would be as much fun as piling around a table with something to play with your hands and looking at each others faces, not staring at a screen.

My favorites are Rummikins, Scrabble, Monopoly, Draughts, Canasta etc. Old fashioned girl!
