Giant Slip And Slide - Huge Slip N Slide!

Updated on August 23, 2017

Looking for a giant water slide?

Looking for something bigger than a typical 18ft slip and slide or banzai slide? They're kind of short aren't they?

Well, I found a giant water slide online last year that I know you will like. It's called the Wahii WaterSlide and it's 75ft long x 12ft wide!

My kids loved it so much that I've become something of an advocate in my neighborhood. I purchased our Wahii slide last year for my daughters birthday party. After reading a few reviews online and watching the video on Youtube, I bought one and we hosted the best birthday party ever - (according to my daughter and all of her friends).

Be prepared - the Wahii is gigantic - but it is still easier to set up and put away than the banzai inflatable water slide that I purchased from Target for over $675 a few years ago. And it is a lot cheaper ($149). But a hill or slope is required to use the Wahii Waterslide.

I guess you could say that our family likes water slides and I'm a bit of a water slide fanatic myself (I love cool products)! So I've set up this lens with all the information that I could find on the Wahii WaterSlide. Enjoy.

You can buy it:

The Wahii WaterSlide 75

The Wahii WaterSlide is the biggest backyard water slide in the world. It's 75ft long and 12ft wide! Since 2007, thousands of Wahii slides have been sold throughout the world.

Manufactured in the USA, the slides are super-tough, ultra-slick, and protected with UV inhibitors so that they will last for years. Patent-pending Zulu Stik Fasteners hold the slide to the grass.

Wahii Waterslides have been featured in commercials, national music festivals, celebrity birthday parties, large summer camps, and one resort hotel in Louisiana created a 750 foot long slide using 10 Wahii WaterSlides in the summer of 2011!

Give your kids a Wahii® and create memories that will last a lifetime. Kids love it.

Wahii Video

This is the video that I watched on the Youtube before I bought it. The hill at our house is not quite as steep but my kids still fly down the slide just like in the video. My neighbor just got one after his kids used ours and they use it on a much flatter lawn (but he said it still works because his kids are older (13-15 year old boys) and they launch across the wet slide.

Sold Around The World

My family and I live in the USA, but the sticker on the box said that the Wahii is sold around the world! Cool.

Summer Camp Kids Love The Wahii Waterslide!

August 4, 2011

By Camp Director T.J.

We purchased both the 75ft and the 50ft Wahii slides for summer campers here at Camp Millilacs because it was a lot more cost effective than a permanent water slide. We couldn't be more delighted with them! Awesome fun for the price! We even placed them together to make a 125ft giant water slide last week when the campers begged us for a "super slide"! We've used them once a week for the past two months and we've had hundreds of kids ages 5 - 18yrs old riding on the slide during this time - they beg us to bring them out every day! The kids favorite thing is racing each other 3 at a time to see who is the fastest.

Durability is super - no holes - but make sure the grass is smooth with no debris. The set up initially took about 20 minutes when we first got them, but we've gotten much quicker since the Zulu Fasteners are still stuck to the side of the slides. With a couple of campers I can have it set up in 5 minutes. Storing them is easy once you dry them out. Couldn't be happier with the Wahii Waterslide and we plan on buying more when these two wear out.

Perfect for Youth Groups!

I bought 2 of these 75 footers - put them together for a 150 feet of slip-n-slide fun! Our youth group loved it - played on it for hours. I highly recommend it for youth groups: events, retreats, part of an obstacle course; etc. They are very easy to set up and extremely durable.

We used the "tear-free" baby shampoo which made it even more slippery and let our water usage go down.

Thank you so much Wahii Waterslide! This was the hit of the party. I purchased on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Great customer service. I had a question about getting the slide in time for my son's birthday party and the customer service was fast and very helpful.

If you are looking for a "relatively" inexpensive water slide, you've got to get the Wahii. We bought a Banzai Inflatable water slide for $450 two years ago and it ripped and was a nightmare to put away because it would never fully dry. The Wahii is easy. The directions were simple and set-up took about 15minutes with the fasteners included!

We read some reviews about the durability, but believe me, if it can handle 20 boys ages 14-15yrs old for over 5 hours - It can handle anything. As a matter of fact, some of the adult joined the kids in the fun too! Bottom line: great buy. great birthday party pleaser.

Super Birthday Party Water Slide! A+++

We bought the Wahii WaterSlide 75 for our daugters 11yr birthday party here in Nashville, TN last month. The KIDS LOVED IT! We had 20 or so girls (and a few boys) playing on the Wahii for over 4 hours. Best old fashion fun for the money, and much easier than the Banzai Inflatable slide we bought two years ago for $575.

It was easy to setup. My husband and a neighbor did it in about 15 minutes like the instuctions call for. The Zulu-Stick Fasteners worked perfectly. The birthday party was a super success! Thank you Wahii WaterSlides!

ps - we've used the slide 3x since and it still looks brand new. The slide is very durable.

The wahii was worth it

We ordered the 75 ft version because we thought we had enough space for it... turns out we didn't but it wasn't a problem, we just folded the end and we were good to go. we don't have a very steep hill in our yard, not really a hill either, lol. what we do have is about a 3-4 ft drop along approximately 50 ft of our lawn (small slope more like it). we set the hose up at the top of the slope and left it there. with a running start we would make all the way down, pretty fast too. it was very easy for the kids to get the hang of it and they had a blast. the wahii provided great fun for our memorial day bbq (adults and kids). the one piece of advice i do have is to be very careful with your lawn. we were having soooo much fun we left the wahii set up for about a week and it killed the lawn at the bottom of the slope because the water was pooling there. this was my fault not the slide's fault. the rest of the lawn browned up a bit but i'm sure it will make it.

the wahii is very easy to set up and to put away, neither should take more than 20 minutes. Another piece of advice: don't were jewelry or clothing with buttons or zippers that protude. these items may tear your slide.

Holy Cow!
