Green Lantern Mission 2 Diversion

In Green Lantern Rise of the Manhunters, Mission 2 is called diversion. It occurs after defeating the ultra manhunter. Green Lantern Mission 2 Diversion involves the Green Lantern Hal Jordan moving through space and taking down some manhunter androids and mines as he flies towards the manhunter flagship.

This is a good reprise from the Green Lantern normal fighting sequences, where the player can play like a jet fighter and shoot down the manhunter andrioids. Utilize either the blaster or the four missiles launcher that Hal has. When the ring surge meter fills up, use power surge and transform into a jet fighter construct and use unlimited powers to take down the enemies.

Green Lantern Cannon Blast Charge

The second part of the green lantern mission 2 diversion involves destroying the manhunter cannon blast charge. Fly through some really easy obstacles. Either just dodge the obstacles or use the four missile launcher to take them all down and then move along to the cannon blast charger.

The cannon blast charger is actually one rather tough obstacle to get past, especially at Emerald Knight level. The cannon blast charger has a yellow light in the center and distributed in four levels which can blasted at using the four missile launcher. Periodically the cannon blast charger will be protected by manhunter andrioids and mine blasters which will and try to damage Hal Jordan. Dodge and evade them and then fire onto the yellow lights. Keep repeating the process until all the yellow lights are destroyed. Throughout this process, the cannon blast charger will build up charges. When the charges reach 100%, Hal will be destroyed. So hurry up and blast those yellow lights away. Remember to use power ring surge to transform into the jet construct when possible.
