The Lego Volkswagen Camper Van (10220)

This Lego camper van is a copy of the Volkswagen T1 Camper Van 10220 from 1962 and is certain to ignite fond memories for the older Lego enthusiast.

The detailing includes plenty of VW atmosphere -- eleven windows, plaid fabric curtains, mirror, a folding back seat, dining table, storage room and even a couch that transforms into a bed. The rear actually opens up to reveal a detailed engine!

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • When built, this van will measure just under 12 inches when extended and 5.5 inches tall.

My family was fortunate to own a few of the Harry Potter sets but of course we missed many of them like this rare and hard-to-find Hogwarts Express motorized train set. It is a 544 piece set, recommended for individuals aged 10 and up that works with other Lego train sets and it includes four minifigures - Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Professor Lupin and a Dementor.

      Lego lovers looking for the hard to find and rare items will have tears of joy when they stop by here...I broke into a smile just at seeing that VW Bus, just because it is so cool, very nicely presented and congratulations on that rare and hard to find purple star!

      That Volkswagen camper van is very cool indeed! My brother used to drive one of those, until the day it caught on fire... would have been safer if he'd had the Lego version!!
