Some Information About The Other Parts In This LEGO Set

These are the latest version of the droidekas made by LEGO after a couple of previous issues in older sets.

The overall look of these droidekas is not bad at all; they look more or less like these robotic weapons from the movies but they lack the menacing presence that they should have. Although these are made of some nice parts and have the right shape, what they are lacking most is size.

The droidekas in the Star wars movies are really quite large and malevolent whereas this version is not big enough and does not look mean enough.

However, what they lack in looks they make up for, for the younger fans, in playability. Kids always like these small models and with moving parts and weapons young boys are going to like playing with these characters.

Clone Command Centre
Clone Command Centre

Command station

This command station provides builders with a whole pile of bricks, including some slick pieces in the nice deep red color. This part of the set also gives your Clones a space craft to escape from the droidekas.

The big flaw with this, though, is that compared to the vehicle it is based upon from the movie "Episode II: Attack of the Clones" it is far too small. The only way to rectify this is, again, get a few of these battle packs and construct one, larger command station from all the parts you will get. After all, that is the fun of LEGO - building.

Once again, though, kids are going to like this as it gives the set more play features with flick-firing missiles and moving parts.
