Awesome Video Game Trailers You Have to See!

The Best video game trailers of all time
The Best video game trailers of all time

Advertising is not an art, but I'm pretty sure it's very close to it. Making people want to buy when money is always scarce is something that requires certain skills, no doubt. But hey, this Hub does not seek to analyze those things but try to collect some of the best video game trailers of recent years. I have searched for those cinematic trailers that get a cross the "buy-buy" border and actually make FEEL something else to the viewer.

Best Video Game Cinematic Trailers!
Best Video Game Cinematic Trailers!

Assassin´s Creed 2 Revelations Trailer

I think Ubisoft does better advertising than games, don't get me wrong, I really like Assassin's Creed series but in my opinion the quality of their trailers is greater than the game itself.

These two videos of Assassin's Creed 2 Revelations perplexed me for their quality, rhythm and the two great songs. The other games also received trailers like this...

Artist: Woodkid
Song: Iron

Lost Odyssey Trailer

I have not played Lost Odyssey, I don't have an Xbox 360 anymore, (Three red lights, you know) so I'll probably won't play it in the near future, but I have understood that it is a tear festival RPG from Mistwalker and Feelplus. The trailer is strange but I was very pleasantly surprised from that weird aesthetics of the enemies and the assault towers. The Battle is fast and violent, enjoy!

Dc Universe Online Trailer

The game may not be for everyone, some people love it others hate it, personally, I'm in the middle of that, but I'm pretty sure that even those who hate this game must love this trailer... Watch your favorite super Heroes and Villains fighting each other, Go Batman!... oh, and don't forget to watch the second part below, it awesome too!

The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings - Trailer

What can I say about this game?... From the first decision you took and every last somehow varied the story that you lived and forced you to have to take sides, as none was completely right, it all depended on your morality.

Having this first experience, to be prepared to get lost in the intricacies of the story and re-discover it every time you return to play, was what made me, except for the abrupt end, to really enjoyed The game a couple of years ago. This was already an adult title, which kept hinting to show its beauty and harshness issues like sex or repression, loyalty and betrayal.

And of Course, the trailer is as Awesome as the game itself...

Dead Island - Trailer

What can I say about one of the biggest hype generator trailers of all time. The Dead Island trailer proposed things that did not correspond with the final product, as is common in most of these videos. However, the zombie girl made believe many of us that they might take the plunge. Not so. Dead Island might be fun at times... or not, it was actually very disappointing.

Warhammer Mark of chaos - Trailer

I have not played "Mark of Chaos", but I think Warhammer games have a pretty interesting lore, in the trailer below, you'll see a brave "Warriorpriest" that I certainly would follow into any battle without hope.

Star Wars The Old Republic - Return Trailer

Star Wars, Jedi and Sith fighting with epic music behind. What else you need? I actually played SWOTOR for a couple of weeks and enjoyed leveling to 15, since in that time that was level cap for free players and I wasn't willing to pay to keep playing, then the game went to free to play no restrictions, but people says it´s "pay to win" now... but i can't confirm that.

The Trailer Below is my favorite, but all SWOTOR Trailers are awesome and worth to watch!

Halo Reach - Deliver Hope Trailer

I'm not a sensitive guy at all, but Halo 3 and its "Believe" campaing somehow touched me deep inside. It is hard to condense all this video series include in one paragraph: old age, survivor syndrome, the figure of a hero who has survived, etc. I think the one posted below is the most emotional but the rest of the series are also worth to watch. The Halo ODST and Reach, have continued with the formula...

The trailer takes place before the events of the game itself, during the Battle of Fumirole, where Noble Team destroys a Battlecruiser Class-CCS using a Medium Fusion Destructive Device, Kat is responsible for delivering the bomb, but she is injured and disabled (that's how she lost her arm) Thom-293 arrives at the spot where Kat is lying, briefly looks at her, and then picks up the nuke...
