Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Black Key Cards Locations

In Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, black key cards are strategically dropped in the game at positions where the wolfpack or squad leader has to battle through heaps of monsters or traps (eg fire and trip wires) to reach the black key cards. It would be nice to know the locations of the black key cards for some of the missions so that one would not be slaughtered trying to find the black key cards. This will guide the squad leader in finding the black key cards so that one can then make a hasty run for the exit, especially in potentially desperate situations.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Location of Black Key Card in City Hall Area

The black key card is located somewhat centrally in the city hall area from the door where the wolfpack first came in. From this position, head directly ahead, drop down from the platform and spot the black key card lying on the ground. Pick this up and unlock the door leading to the exit from the city hall area.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Location of Black Key Card in Hospital Area

This is the location of the black key card in the hospital area with regards to the locked door that the key card actually unlocks. Find the locked door, and then from the position of the locked door, turn around, and head back. Spot a small room to the left ahead of the squad leader. Turn left into the room. This room is correctly identified if the squad leader can see the body of a woman on the ground. Now the black key card will be lying in a tray above the toxic waste bins near the woman.

Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City Location of Black Key Card in Tyrant Room Area

There are three black key cards in the Tyrant Room Area. The Tyrant room area is the area where the squad leader must remove the controlling parasite from the Tyrant and implant it in the Nemesis in a later mission. Naturally, after the parasite is removed from the Tyrant, the Tyrant awakens. So apart from running away from the near invincible Tyrant (the wolfpack can have a go at defeating the Tyrant, although there is a mission for defeating more Tyrants and a super Tyrant later), the wolfpack also has to content with defeating lots of parasites, zombies and parasitic controlled zombies in this area. Hence knowledge of the locations of the black key cards is essential.

From the position of the Tyrant's body, turn around and head right up the stairs. The door that the black key cards unlock lie on the right of the squad leader at this position. To pick up the key cards, go straight ahead without turning around. There are two doors at the end of the chamber, which when opened will lead to a black key card each lying on the ground. Use the map and the symbols for the black key cards on the map to help you. Defeat the zombies and parasitic infected zombies in these rooms, or just run in and grab the black key cards. Now the final black key card is located inside the control chamber in this area. Open the door, enter the control chamber, and then run out. With the three black key cards, unlock the door that leads out of the Tyrant room area.
