Rolling Toolbox- Organization for all your Stuff on the GO!

Updated on August 12, 2014

I really love my rolling toolbox by Stanley, it was exactly what I was looking for.

I take Metalsmithing classes at a local college. The tools required are numerous and extremely heavy. I have used a tool bag with a long strap to hang from my shoulder and it was very heavy. I was tired of hauling that heavy tool bag around and hurting my shoulder. Due to that fact alone, it influenced the tools I packed into the bag, which in turn limited my ability to properly complete the projects in class.

The Stanley 3 in 1 Rolling Workshop is wonderful and has made my life so much easier. It has a place for everything which makes finding what you need so easy.

This toolbox is made up of three units, which are standalone. Use them all together or only one or two of the units at a time.

  • The base box is a large open space which is great for larger items. I use it for my steel mandrels, portable light and other large jewelry tools.
  • The center section is an organization dream. It has many compartments to store all the little stuff and also keeps it separated.
  • The top box is similar to a traditional toolbox with the large section on the bottom and a sliding tray for the smaller stuff. This is the place you will store all the tools you want easy access to.
  • The handle is telescopic and folds down for storage. The wheels

Wheeling this toolbox is awesome. It glides along floors and I found absolutely no problems going up and down stairs. My rolling toolbox packed with all my tools easily exceeds 60 pounds and I have no problem rolling it right into class.

Another thing I really like about my rolling toolbox is that it sits right next to me in class and I can reach right in a access the tool or item I want. I do not have to have any boxes, caddies etc. on my bench or work surface taking up valuable workspace.

I think this rolling tote is a great product and can be used by so many different professions or hobbies. Hairstylists, Makeup Artist, Scrapbookers, HandyMan, Dog trainers and so many more.

The Stanley 3 in 1 rolling workshop is an all around great toolbox keeping all your tools handy with a very reasonable price.

It looks great for light weight tool boxes which is good for moving. But what I find is Stanley boxes are usually made of plastic and with enough impacts during moving around, the box tends to break in a few years . But if you're looking for more heavy duty and durability, it's better to use rolling tool boxes made by Extreme Tools. Check out great deals on Extreme Tools boxes here at MyToolBoxes.com.
