SWTOR Get to Jedi Temple Ruins

Updated on January 3, 2012

SWTOR Get to Jedi Temple Ruins

In SWTOR, the jedi consular and the jedi knight must both get to the jedi temple ruins. It is a tricky business to get to the jedi temple ruins because there is no obvious hint on the map on how to get to the jedi temple ruins. The only subtle hint is the appearance of the works taxi stand on the map after the shadows quest (for the jedi consular), and that is the only way to get to the jedi temple ruins. The jedi consular story quest line is interesting because it is almost reminiscent of how Palpatine manipulated the senate and the new republic as the secret sith lord, and the jedi consular storyline will be pursued here in favour of the jedi knight storyline.

In SWTOR ancient secrets quest, the jedi consular must get to the jedi temple ruins from the justicar territory taxi stand. From the justicar territory taxi stand, head west past the justicar checkpoint and then south until the elevators to the works is reached. Take the elevator down to the works area of Coruscant. In SWTOR the works area, use the map to navigate the area to get to the works taxi stand. From the works taxi stand, purchase a taxi ride to get to the jedi temple ruins.

SWTOR Ancient Secrets Quest at the Jedi Temple Ruins

In SWTOR, once the jedi consular gets to the jedi temple ruins taxi stand, the ancient secrets quest is not finished; it has just begun. Use the jedi temple ruins map to navigate to the lift that will take the jedi consular to the jedi temple ruins itself. Within this whole jedi temple ruins area, the jedi consular will either have to run very carefully and fight some imperials on the way to the ancient jedi archive machine as the jedi sage, or the jedi consular can just sneak through the whole area as the jedi shadow.

In SWTOR Jedi Temple Ruins interior, the jedi consular will see the machine where he must put all the Noetikons. Once all the noetikons are inserted, the nine jedi masters appear and teach the jedi consular the ancient shielding technique that will cure the master of the jedi consular - Yuon Par. However, before the jedi consular can depart this area with the shielding technique, the mysterious sith appears......

The fight with the mysterious sith is easy enough if the jedi consular is at least level 14 and above. However, at level 13, it is still possible to defeat the mysterious sith as the jedi shadow. The jedi shadow just has to wield the most powerful double-bladed lightsaber at this stage of the game, and this is likely to be the primal follower double-bladed lightsaber. Only a dark jedi with Dark 1 achieved can wield this lightsaber. With Qyzen Fess tanking the jedi shadow, go to the back of the mysterious sith and backstab repeatedly. Use stasis (stun) and Project to stun the mysterious sith and then backstab again. The mysterious sith will be defeated, and the jedi shadow can return to the senate tower triumphant and with the cure.
