The Ultimate Guide to Best Toys for 4 Year Old Boys
A Guide to the Best Toys for 4 Year Old Boys
We love toys around our house. We have a lot of them! This is a guide to the best toys for 4 year boys. These are toys that get played with a lot by my 4 year old son.
I tend to look for toys that have long term play possibilities. I learned a long time ago that the toys that are trendy and doing only one thing, usually have short term appeal with my kids. Building toys, toys for pretend play, play vehicles and trains, and board games get the most mileage in our home. The toys on this page reflect that.

The Best Activity Book for a 4 Year Old Boy
My 4 year old loves the Richard Scarry's Big Busy Sticker & Activity Book. It is loaded with sticker activities to keep him busy. He LOVES stickers :-) What 4 year old doesn't? It comes with something like 900 stickers in it.
The book also has simple activities like mazes and dot to dot pages to do too. It took us a couple months to work through this book, working on a page or two a day. It was really a great buy. He would pull it out and come sit on the couch with me while I explained to him what he needed to do on the page he picked and then helped him find the stickers he needed for it.
