Dukan Diet Recipes
When replying to a comment on one of my hub Tips and Recipes for the Dukan Diet I realised that the article had far more tips than recipes and as I know how important it is to keep your diet as varied and interesting as possible whilst losing weight I decided to address this situation and provide as many recipes as I could. However I managed to find so many recipes that they wouldn't all fit into just one hub.
This hub is the capstone which lists the recipes I've collected from far and wide and then provide you with a link to one of the four other hubs in which the recipes can be found. I've categorised the recipes I've collated into the following hubs
Dukan Diet Recipes
This hub is written to provide tips and recipes for the Dukan Diet to help anyone on the diet or who is thinking about starting Dr Pierre Dukan's highly successful weight loss formula the Dukan Diet. This diet is based around the principles of eating a diet which is low in carbohydrate but high in protein.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Poultry
The first grouping of recipes is for poultry - chicken and turkey. I personally much prefer chicken to turkey in these recipes so the recipes I will be giving will all be the chicken version but of course they can easliy be adapted by just swapping the meat you are using.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Fish and Seafood
I'm personally not a huge fish eater. I don't like fishy fish and I've got an allergy to some types of shellfish but I know how important Omega 3 is to my diet so I try to eat fish at least twice a week. Here are the fish and seafood recipes I've put together.

Dukan Diet Recipes - Meat
I am particularly fond of meat which is normally quite heavily restricted in lots of diet plans. This is of course not the case in the Dukan Diet where you can eat as much as you want of the right types of meat. Unfortunately my favorite meat lamb isn't permitted in the first stages of the diet plan but I fortunately beef and lean ham my next favorites are. The meat recipes that I've found are

Dukan Diet Recipes - Starters and Desserts
This is another area where the Dukan Diet is really great, because you're only restricted on the types of food you eat rather than the amount of food you eat. It is possible to have proper three course meals where you are able to forget you are even on a diet on the days you can eat vegetables as well as protein.
The recipes to help create your three course meals are listed below. You could of course also use some of these recipes to make yourself a delicious lunch.
- Spicy Pumpkin Soup
- Courgette Gaspacho with diced Red Pepper

- Stuffed Tomatoes
- Coffee, Chocolate or Vanilla Creme

- Floating Island
- Sweet omelette with fat free yoghurt.
