MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Astrology: Digging Into and Out of the Pit of Despair in Romantic Involvements
The Stomping Ground of the incalculably important area of the natal chart referred to as the 5th house will bring much enlightenment and freedom of expression IF you are of a mind to investigate, study and follow through with the supplemental data offered.
The 5th house in the natal chart, according to MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Astrology, defines and emphasizes every other region of the horoscope. So significant is its authority of influence, the time, effort, inclination, interest and proclivity to unravel its many diverse secrets are well worth the effort invested.
In this MODE of Cosmic Therapy writing today, I will devise for you an example in hopes you will divulge certain aspects applicable to your own natal chart. In any measure, pay particular attention to the 5th house, the sign on the cusp, the ruler of that particular sign, the planets placed therein, AND most noteworthy is the supposition concerning the hidden aspects of your unconscious motivation in character.
You will discover, if so inclined, a cyclic theme of characteristics in your given personality should you be dedicated enough to stay with the ardent search for inner truth. The 5th house in your natal chart, according to MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Astrology, guides and directs a certain designated script of your choosing whether you think so or not.
Let us begin the mysteriously puzzled journey in one fictitious character.
The chart to be delineated is one of a young girl whose 5th house is ruled by the sign Cancer. Noted: She also has her Sun in Cancer located in the same house. This fact inexorably places this house on double notice to be emphasized throughout her entire life!
As I have shown in previous MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Astrological examples, the 5th house determines one's innate state and level of repressed anger in addition to the ability to give and receive love.
I have thus stated previously to look for the ruler of the sign that’s located on the fifth house cusp to give a specific themed direction in the person’s life. These ‘colored’ themes will continue to surface and re-cycle until the lessons associated are incorporated, embraced, appreciated, learned and applied.
In this case, Cancer being ruled by the moon and as her Natal Sun will give inordinate unconscious drives for self-expression. In other words, her depth of creative sacred sensual sexual artistic conveyance will be hindered until at such time she releases a need to identify with the other so emphatically.
Before we travel in exploration to find the Moon, which reigns supreme in her chart, we must make added note that the Sun is casting shadows as it binds to the relationship theme in her chart. She will inevitably fight the tendency to take things enormously personal, and at the same time, nurture her mate as if a child.
In other words, when her mate (acting a child) decides to be rebellious, as all children eventually do, in hopes and aspirations of developing his/her own stand in the world, she would disproportionately misinterpret actions, words, gestures and facial expressions.
Does not make for easy riding in the romantic involvement arena! But, the course itself, will prove to be highly beneficial in aiding her to ‘stand upon her own two feet’ without incessant doubting, misconstruing and analyzing conversations.
The important theme of developing her own sense of wonderment without having to validated, supported and/or approved will be a central pivotal point in her life.
She will learn, not without a lot of heartache and misunderstanding, how to see the person more clearly without having to invent ‘fantasy Cinderella stories’ in order to pacify her heart and mind.
In other words, she will learn to accept, appreciate, and value the other exactly and precisely how he/she is without having to filterthe relationship through a mindstakingly painful ‘checklist’ process. (Which, by the way, is totally ignored, while engaged in the relationship until a difficulty arises.)
In this particular example, the young girls’ moon happens to fall in the 7th house in Virgo, no less. Oh! My Goodness! Not only, once again is the issue of relationships, partners, marriage and fidelity of grave concern, but being in Virgo, she will have to overcome her own preconditioned moralistic ideas about what should be and what should not be.
Virgos, though gregarious humanitarians, are often known to sabotage intimate involvements simply because of distorted pride and uncomely vulnerability.
The mate will be necessarily older, if not in years, than, mindset and present somewhat of a ‘goody two’ shoes demeanor. Now, the issue, here, is not what is ‘right or wrong’ or ‘black or white’, though it will seem so, but the working out of deeply ingrained false ideas attached to the mate of choice.
Life is filled to capacity with blemishes and tarnished defects. No one is exempt! In other words, the mate will be so exaggeratedly set up on a pedestal, there’s no possible way for him/her to pee.
As was stated in another MODE of Cosmic Therapy Esoteric Astrology writing, in order to know what types of personality traits will be found in the mate as a breeding ground of necessary lessons for the soul to pursue; one needs to look to the immediate right (using the right hand to scour the pie shaped chart) to locate the very next planet. [not asteroids, nodes or part of fortune].
In this case, Pluto is the very next planet found in the eighth house. This indicates that sexual exchange will be a definite source of continued mental anxiety and emotional pain until vital lessons of detachment are learned and expressed.
Also, the fear of death will have to be dealt with on a conscious level to ever resolve the issues of abandonment and rejection. Every relationship will be tied to the mother on a subconscious level. The fear of losing or having lost the mother, or the possibility of never had known her, at an early age determines the state of mind when interacting in intimate relationships.
The need to identify is so greatly distorted, that the paralysis of the individual’s will is stunted, thereby, making it an easy set-up to place so much importance in the mate. The lessons needed to be grasped have to deal with sexual intimacy, the fear of isolation, the unresolved matters of not feeling loved or appreciated by and from the mother.
These issues are so indomitably ingrained due to a long, long, long line of symbiotic heritage. Pluto is dangerously morbid in his approach and attempt to bring enlightenment through this particular emotionally charged romantic experiences of excruciating 'life or death' heart-breaking situations.
His general theme is to expose what’s beneath the surface, to enable the person to be free of it. But, without a lot of secrecy, deception, betrayal and ‘dancing around the bush’, no verifiable lessons can be learned from the romantic involvement.
The plunging and purging of the two souls’ unexamined guilt are on the celestial chopping block. The 5th house always involves a pocket full of pride, but with the Sun located in the 5thhouse “Pride goeth before the fall…”
