Some people can't really believe that we can actually fight with aging in order to stay younger than actual age without any plastic surgery or medication. However, many researches on natural ways to against aging keep showing encouraging result. Therefore, with our gradually learning and effort, we definitely can stay younger and increase self-confident.

Except the 5 super foods listed in Part 1, below are another 5 anti-aging foods that contain high value of antioxidant and nutrition that we could eat regularly.


Blueberries not only rich in antioxidant properties like β-Carotene and Vitamin C that help to fight with age, but also contain anthocyanin that may helps to protect our eyes from being damaged by free-radicals. Regular consumption of blueberries may slower the deterioration of eye muscles and protect our eyesight.


Nut family such as cashewnut, walnut, hazelnut, peanut etc contain high value of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an excellent antioxidant that plays an important role in our anti-aging effort. Among nuts, hazelnut provides most outstanding amount of vitamins and nutrition. However, the intake of nuts should be in moderate, this is because nuts are normally quite fat-rich.
