Spring Time Is So Beautiful

Many people love the spring! It's a time for new beginnings, new growth, beautiful flowers and lush green lawns.

While many people are out and about enjoying this beautiful season others that suffer from seasonal allergies are experiencing many very discomforting symptoms.

I feel for them because I used to suffer from seasonal allergies.

The itchy water eyes, scratchy throat and sneezing that just would not stop was horrible!

I basically lived off of allergy medications until I discovered many different natural remedies to help me find relief from these awful symptoms.

There was one in particular that completely cured me from seasonal allergies and for the past 2 years I haven't even had a single sniffle.

Being an outdoor enthusiast and gardener I feel so free and I want you or someone you love that suffers from seasonal allergies to experience this awesome freedom of being free from allergies.

Today I am going to share with you 10 different natural remedies to help you find relief from seasonal allergies so let's get started!

The first one is the remedy that has completely cured my seasonal allergies as well as my father. Keep reading to find out.

Natural Remedy For Seasonal Allergies #1 - Coffee!

Yes coffee has actually cured my allergies, but wait I have to be honest with you.....

....it's not just regular coffee.

It's actually coffee that has been enriched with a super herb called Ganoderma.

Feel free to read more about this amazing "King Of Herbs" in another one of my hubs called Great News For Coffee Lovers.

I discovered this product about 2 years ago because my father was drinking it. All I did was replace my regular coffee with this gano enriched coffee and by the time allergy season rolled by I found myself not reacting at all.

After 2 years of drinking this coffee I have been completely allergy free and also I do not have inflammation in my knees anymore.

I found a great short video from FOX News to help explain to you more about the benefits of this natural remedy.

Natural Remedy For Seasonal Allergies #2: Accupunture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine that uses tiny needles to hit specific spots in the body and help the body start healing itself.

There are many licenced acupuncturists. Do a little research in your area for more information about prices and booking an appointment.

Usually you will have to go for many visits before the problem is fixed.

Here is an interesting diagram that shows different points in the body.

Natural Remedies For Seasonal Allergies #4: Sunglasses

Recently I was watching an episode of Dr OZ and he suggested wearing sunglasses outside.

The reason why sunglasses can help seasonal allergies is because they stop the pollen/allergens floating around in the air from going into your eyes.

So if you don't usually wear sunglasses here is a great reason to start!

Sunglasses can help with seasonal allergy relief because they protect the eyes from allergen's floating around in the air.

Natural Remedies For Seasonal Allergies #6: Saline Rinse

I absolutely love this rinse and use it all the time.

Some people may not enjoy the thought of rinsing inside the nasal cavity, but trust me when I say "Try it, it feels amazing after!"

All that this entails is a salt mixture that you purchase pre-packaged.

Then you place the salt mixture into warm water inside the neti pot and rinse your nose.

What it does is washes away all the allergens and mucus from inside the nasal cavity. It cleans and also prevents mucus from forming.

It's also great to ease a stuffy nose during a cold.
