Everybody suffer from stress. It has so many effect on our body and mind. We are stressed either when we overwork, anxiety, from noisy environment, children, boss at work or so on. It had been said that stress is the cause of ischemia that leads to heart attack. Moreover, one of the way in which we can manage stress is RELAXATION.

Relaxation is a form of activity that provides a change and relief from effort, work, or tension, and gives pleasure.
Relaxation reduces the workload within the brain's nuclei system; nuclei is an interconnected system of brain associated with basic needs and emotions such as hunger, pain, pleasure, satisfaction, sex, and instinctive motivation.


There are different relaxation techniques that can help you manage stress and treat some disease conditions. Like deep breathing, meditation, Acupuncture, Exercise, Yoga, Biofeedback, and so on.

Yoga is almost the same as acupuncture, it helps in many ways for instances it helps to lose weight, relieve back pain, breathing for those with asthma, high blood pressure and helps to reduce stress. This practice that works with the body and mind in making the entire body feel better. You can sit or stand while practicing yoga, the main aim is to straighten your muscle, reduce stress, and treat other conditions.

Yoga can be practice anywhere, ranging from your office, park, or your living room. It is not a one-day process, for a better result, it need regular practice.
If you are stressed and you need to calm down your breathing, you need to practice yoga. It helps mentally by releasing your mind from its captives.

Another chemical that helps to reduce depression when released and makes you feel happy when you exercise is endorphin. Exercise can also reduce the chance of having a heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and cancer.

This method uses hypnosis in treating illnesses associated with physical pain or psychological problems. During hypnosis, the negative aspects that serves as barrier to improvement are removed. In addition, to start up a self-hypnotic workout, you need to practice it every day, by setting your goal and setting your mind in achieving them and to achieve them; you have to try to forget your worries and problems. This method is a good alternative for individual who think that they have no clue what it feels like to be relaxed.



Biofeedback:

Biofeedback this is a physiological control technique, it is on like acupuncture that makes use of needles, it uses a monitoring devices that display information about the operation of a bodily function that are not normally consciously controlled, like the heart rate or blood pressure.

This helps a patient to learn to control the function sensibly.
